We needed a place for 10 days while our home was being repaired, and this place was perfect. Clean, quaint with all the staples we needed to feel as close to home. Our dog adjusted too, and it was nice to hike trails nearby that are not my regulars. Loved the long loop on Davidson Mesa! Hosts responded quickly to questions too. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again given similar circumstances. Thank you!

We had everything one could need for a week. Felt like a home away from home. Exactly what we needed so focus could be on our work and play while visiting!

Devon was very respectful and responsive. We enjoyed our time in the cottage and would definitely stay there again. It was clean and well located to everything we wanted to do.

This was our first visit to the greater Boulder area and we are so happy we found this place! The pictures do not do justice to how spacious the cottage is and how tranquil the backyard area is after a long day of travel and/or hikes. It was beautiful, clean, quiet, and cozy. Well stocked kitchen, and comfy bedrooms. We were in town to visit my cousin and we also popped over to Fort Morgan one afternoon for a peek at the latest Hometown Takeover. Highly recommend!

It was the perfect size for my husband and I and our little dog, Bella. This was our first trip with our dog and the little fenced yard attached to the cottage was just the ticket for Bella’s needs. The patio area was also a lovely place to enjoy my morning coffee and listen to the birds! It was even big enough that our daughter was able to stay with us one night so she could get in a little more time with the dog (she’s a college freshman and needed a dog fix). The cottage is located close to shopping and restaurants but if feels like it’s out in the country. The road out front was a little busy on weekday mornings but it wasn’t a problem at all. Devon and Patrick were great hosts!

The cottage was great! Clean, comfortable and close to CU so we could easily get back and forth to my daughter’s VB matches. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice clean cottage with a private courtyard that we enjoyed sitting in and enjoying our morning coffee. Our small dog enjoyed it as well!

My sister and her fiancé were over the moon with how cute the space was. They were very happy with the lodgings and accommodations. Thank you for making their stay wonderful!

This place is beautiful, just as it looks in the listing. nice fenced in yard for dogs, and very close to where we needed to be. landlords on site.

Very private feel even though property owner is onsite. Immaculately clean property with fresh feel & nice finishes. Location is close to several open space areas & close to restaurants & shopping in Lafayette & Louisville. Great setup for our little Yorkie too

Every time we come back to this area, we want to stay here. 5 star accommodations, inside as well as out in the private yard with huge covered barbecue/picnic/lounge area. We had a WiFi issue and they fixed it like right now. Loved everything. Peaceful country atmosphere yet close to amenities. We highly recommend this VRBO.
