This is a long overdue a few for a wonderful house! This was our family’s third summer in a rowvisiting South Haven. Our group of extended family members included grandparents and sib Ings in our families with young children. I can’t say enough about this property! Not only have the owners thought of everything – and I mean everything – the home is beautiful, comfortable, modern, and has plenty of great sleeping arrangements for everyone. We particularly appreciated the big and well stocked kitchen, relaxing front porch, downstairs area for playing and napping small kids, and the awesome back deck, yard, and garage filled with extras. We hope to be back at this amazing house this coming summer. Thanks for a wonderful, relaxing week in South Haven with family!

My friends and I no longer live in the same place, so we wanted to pick a place to come together for a couple of days and catch up and enjoy each other's company. This place did not disappoint. It is beautifully decorated and very welcoming and had everything you needed. The photos are accurate as well as the description. We walked up the street to the beach and lighthouse, walked into town for dinners and shopping. It's a lovely neighborhood, quiet, felt very safe. All the people we encountered were very friendly. The hosts went above and beyond with all that is supplied in the house (considering it is a vacation property) including blankets to sit out on the porch with on cool evenings, little things like bandaids that you don't need until you need them. The hosts were easy to deal with and quick to respond to any questions I had. The fall is a lovely time to come to South Haven and enjoy the fall colors and quieter crowds. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Very nice accommodations. Everything we needed was there. We would stay again. We walked everywhere. Enjoyed the wagon and the bikes.

For a family gathering this location was perfect. Kitchen, dining and living area allows everyone in same space. Front porch in a quiet neighborhood extended the living area for play space with children or snuggling on comfortable furniture with coffee. The back yard allowed day time activities privately in fenced area. Garage even allowed additional enclosed gathering space. Basement bedrooms plus additional living area below gave privacy when needed. Great for a family to be without a car during stay if able to walk 8-10 miles. We got lots of steps but maybe those were from dancing at Captain Lou’s too? Great restaurants and shops within walking distance. A very friendly neighborhood with amazing amenities and equipped kitchen in house for your every need!

This home was well stocked and a great location. We walked to the beach and town multiple times. The equipment they had for the kids was very convenient. Highly recommend this property!!

The house was perfect. Great location for having little ones with Kid's corner being so close. Multiple wide open areas to hang out in the house. Would be great for multiple families. Kitchen has everything we needed and lots of fun stuff in the garage. Enjoyed coffee on the patios every morning. Would definitely come back!

This is a 5 Star property. It exceeded our expectations for a wonderful cottage for 10 people—adults and young children. The cottage is super updated and clean, has 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, an abundance of living space for a large group—-upstairs and down, and a well-stocked kitchen of pans, kitchen utensils, etc. This property is within walking distance to everything South Haven: South Beach, downtown, and a brand new updated, awesome park for children. There is a deck and porch with plenty of room for a big family, bikes, grill, fire pit, corn whole, games, beach towels, etc. We parked four cars comfortably on the driveway and street and had a garage with beach toys, wagon, etc. The neighborhood is charming and super quiet. The owner is super attentive and punctual in answering any questions you might have. Snatch this one up before we return! It is a gem!

Stayed in the home with my adult children & extended family members. We all had a wonderful week and hope to rent again next summer.
The house is immaculate and beautifully decorated. While we don't have any babies or young children with us, there are some items like a gate by the stairs, toys and plastic picnic table.
We enjoyed walking the few blocks to the lake and the downtown. I can't wait to rent it again next year.

Beautiful home with everything you need. The pictures really are not reflective of how nice it is.
Basement level has 2 full bedrooms, bathroom, living room and kitchenette so two families have a lot of privacy
Great location with walking distance to town and very close to south beach and kids corner.
Perfect for families.
Have a kids table and kids plates and cutlery.
For the owners: loved our stay. Having a simple wagon would be very helpful. We left stuff we purchased to use with firepit to make s’mores for the next family.
The app was acting up so I wasn’t able to ask questions during stay one day.

House was adorable. Very clean, well stocked and location can’t be beat. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The house had everything we needed for the week, even toys for the kids. It was great!

The pictures do not do the home justice. There’s a bunk room for the kids and 4 spacious rooms for couples and the babies they traveled with. Kitchen and living area were bright and open. Favorite part was the easy and pleasant walk to the beach, downtown, or Kids Corner.

My family and I stayed at this house to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday weekend! The house was one of the cleanest we’ve ever rented! It was beautiful inside and out!! Short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to the park! The attention to detail was amazing and little things like soap, paper towels, and toilet paper made the stay even better! I HIGHLY recommend this beautiful house for an amazing SoHa vacation!!

We had several Moms and girl teenagers stay. We never had to drive any where. The lake and downtown are all walking distance. The place was also super clean!

Judy and Kevin have created the perfect hoke away from home in a beautiful town. The house was exactly what we needed for our family vacation and a short walk to the Lake. The front porch was a favorite spot of everyone in our group for good reason. Ample parking, amenities within the house and a short walk to the beach and downtown shopping area made our week in South Haven one we won't forget. We will definitely be returning and telling our friends about this gem of a house.

Beautifully remodeled house conveniently located 5 mins of walk away from the beach and downtown Southaven. The kitchen is very well stocked. The house is beautifully decorated and has a beach side appeal. 4 cars can be easily parked in the driveaway. Judy is easily reachable and responds promptly to text and messages. Will definitely stay again

Great Home, Great Location
This home is pefect---great location with easy walk to the beach and to downtown, spacious and clean, comfortable beds, large kitchen with all that we needed. The downstairs area has a second kitchenette with a refrigerator and sink which was great! The front porch is an added bonus--comfortable furniture and a great ceiling fan that kept us cool. I highly recommend this property and the owner Judy is responsive and kind.
