The property is excellent for a large group. We had 19 adults and there was ample space for all. Didn’t feel cramped at all. There is a nice outdoor space with a fire pit, sauna and hot tub to enjoy. Loved time there. Bocce court was fun for all as well. The kitchen was great with ample dishes and cookware. Newer appliances all in great shape. Only minor issue was it looks like while clean a few of the rooms probably weren’t used for awhile and had spider webs. All in all property was a great space to hang and get to Asheville attractions

We were 13 family members traveling and this home checked all the boxes ! All the bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked. The home was also very clean. The hot tub and sauna were amazing ! It was a home away from home .Very friendly and quick responding ! Thank you for everything !

The house was huge. Our party of 12 all had plenty of room. The hot tub and sauna were in great condition. Brendan was very helpful with answering questions not only about the house but about the area as well. The house was clean but definitely needs a little TLC (paint touch ups, a broken window on garage door, and lots of cobwebs). The area rug in the family room was shredded, causing a tripping hazard.
