Had a great stay for the F1 race. Close to downtown and easy to get to the highway to head to the track.

The place was in a great location. However it could of been stocked better for travelers without us asking. It could also use a clean outdoor space. The bathrooms could also use an update.

Perfect location, adorable house and decor, the rooms are perfectly arranged for a mixed group. They have every piece of kitchen dish-ware you could ever need for any meal ever, but bring your own coffee because they have absolutely nothing edible here. Also bring a charger. Would 100% come back with the right supplies. The shower kinda sucks but I didn’t spend too much time there.

I have stayed in rentals all over the world, and this is the first negative review I am writing. I booked this place based on the pictures -- specifically the stairs involved because my 87 year old mother was joining us. The only stairs shown were the front stairs leading to the cute patio/porch out front. However, not only was there a padlock on the gate of the front porch so you would have to crawl over the gate to get onto the porch, but the door was NAILED shut from the inside. You literally could not open the front door if you needed to for a fire. No way out of the front of the house. The only entry was the back, which had 13 steep stairs that resulted in my mom not being able to come and go as freely as planned. I alerted Vacasa about it, and they said they were handling it, but the propertly was still dangerously locked off when we left. As for the kitchen, there are zero staples. No salt, pepper, foil, measuring spoons or cups. I most definitely will not book this place again and likely never with Vacasa either -- it was my first experience with them, and it definitely was not the same as speaking with the owner.

This house was in a great location that allowed short trips to all of the places we wanted to go. The house was very nice, clean and stayed very cool in the heat. My complaint is due to things that can be changed at the house. There was only 1 bed in the house didn’t squeak every time you moved even in the slightest. The pillows were extremely thin. Also, there were 2 irons in the house. One didn’t work and the other had something melted on it. If those things are fixed/replaced, this place is ideal to stay at. We walked across the street to have coffee and breakfast each day, so we didn’t use the kitchen at all.

We love the location of this house as well as the Moroccan inspired decor. It IS right off Lamar, so there is road noise. We brought a speaker to play music and used a sleep app in the front bedroom. Bring your own food and spices - two ovens and s great stovetop for cooking too. Walkable to Alamo Drafthouse, Peter Pan Golf and lots of dining options, too

The location of this property cannot be beat. Our annual girls trip to Austin for ACL was so much more convenient as we were able to walk to Zilker Park. Upon arrival we did have some issues with the toilet in the guest bathroom, however the property manager was friendly and communication was prompt. Overall would recommend!

This is a cool swanky old house located right off of S. Lamar near Uchi. The three bedrooms are separated at different corners of the house and the living area and kitchen are comfortable and decent size. You’re going to hear a little traffic noise at the front bedroom being right next to Lamar but worth it considering the convenience of the location.
