The property was just what we needed to enjoy our family for the weekend after our sunset wedding. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a friends or family reunion on the water.

We had the pleasure of staying at this residence for 2 full months while looking for our home in the vicinity after a job relocation. The house/yard was wonderful and we truly enjoyed our stay. We made a lot of memories kayaking and watching the dolphins swim. We highly recommend this booking for your next getaway!

We live just an hour in a half away but wanted to try this new and upcoming town of Hudson. We heard that the fishing is great!
When we searched for places to stay this listing stood out because of the outdoor area. We typically enjoy a long day on the water and relax outdoors for the evening and this offered plenty of space to do so! Even when the rain came we were under cover of the tiki and enjoyed it so much! Pool was a retreat from the gulfs salty water and we loved that we could dock our boat right there at the property.
Travel from the boat ramp was easy! Our daughter enjoyed the paddle board on the canal, and the dogs loved having so much room to roam and explore!!
The house was so clean and inviting! The host left many toiletries for us and snacks! Like we checked into a resort! Having washer and dryer on-site also meant we washed up and headed home with clean items!
We will definitely book again!!

Loved our stay, just wanted a place to relax but was also fun for our college boys. The living area was perfect for movies, tiki perfect for our BbQ cookout and football. The pool is beautiful and we got to see dolphins in the intercoastal. Such a nice time!

If your looking for a really nice family getaway that has all the outdoor amenities this is a great house to stay at. The check in process was very easy and the homeowners responded quickly with any questions we had.

The pool is the gem of this property. We spent most of our time outside in the pool or under the cabana or other outdoor spaces, which is exactly what we were looking for. The house provided all the necessities. We enjoyed our time there.

Pictures do not do this property justice! It’s absolutely breathtaking! The outside area is perfect for soaking up the Florida sun. My family loved the pool, canal, tiki area and the basketball goal. The house was clean and the property owners were very communicative and made us feel right at home. We traveled with 4 teenagers and they all are begging to go back already 😊 We all just loved it!!!

Not our first time to stay and we will be back again! Just a really wonderful place to stay- has everything you need to have the perfect vacay. Bob and Chrystal are just awesome- always so quick to respond and more than happy to help out with any accommodations.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home was just a perfect blend of cozy and luxurious. We lived for the outdoors anyways so the inside was perfect size! The backyard is where it’s at! The pool is amazing and super cool being right on the canal. The boys loved playing basketball at all times of the day! Bob was a great responder as we had a storm come through and shatter a patio table. He was very quick to respond and get it taken care of. They provide so many amenities in this home from swim towels to shampoos and all in between even with a first aid kit! It was so nice to have all the extras. The area is the only downside as the main highway takes so long to get anywhere. A good beach is 45 minutes away. We knew this going in but we were sold on the outdoor space of the home! If you want a space to hangout and relax outside. This is your spot!

Property is 5 star. Our 4 day rental was cancelled on the second day and we were told to leave immediately or the police would be called. The property manager said they had video of us dumping sewage from our camper. They only thing dumped was shower water that would have been the same as from their outdoor shower. Asked to see the video but never shared. Second charge was too many people. These extra people had come to go fishing with us and enjoy the pool. They were not overnight guests. Parking on the grass is the only thing we were accused of that actually happened. No where did I see anything other than no parking on the street. Several times I have tried calling the owner to explain my side of the story but they will not take my calls or answer my messages. VRBO told me the. Owner would call me within 24 hours. It has now been two weeks. Cannot recommend this property due to our treatment.

We have vacationed in many places but this was by far the best! The kitchen was well supplied with everything needed for cooking, and there are many supplies offered that we didn't need to look for a grocery store right away. We all LOVED the very spacious outdoor facilities! Spent many days enjoying the sun there when we didn't go to the beach or travel the area sightseeing. There are many great restaurants close by also. We will be back for sure!

This house is well laid out and offers pretty much everything you would need. The backyard is fantastic with lots of space to relax and enjoy the weather. The neighborhood is pretty small ( for walking and exploring), and hemmed in by water or super-busy Highway 19. That’s really the only thing about our stay that left something to be desired, in my view. Homeowners were accommodating and helpful. They have a very nice property.

Cleanest house and in the best condition we’ve ever stayed at. The master bed and spare bedroom are king beds which is hard to find. Great backyard space for family to visit with us. We’ll definitely stay here again.

We had so much fun staying at the house! The pool, backyard, and tiki bar were awesome. My son enjoyed fishing and taking the kayaks out to do even more fishing. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything you'd need. The area has some great restaurants too! Great place to stay!

I can’t say enough good things about this little slice of heaven. The back yard area is HUGE. Several seating areas, a tv under the tiki hut so you can watch sports while enjoying the outside, fire pit with seating area as well as a pool. Something for everyone! Kids can play in the pool while adults do some fishing or have a cocktail and watch some sports. The inside of the home was well kept with plenty of space. The hoists even had a little basket with snacks left out. We will be returning for sure!

We had an amazing vacation! We stayed with our children and dogs. They were very nice to let us bring both dogs with a fee! We drove to Honeymoon beach for beach days since there was a nice pet beach as well as a nice beach on the north side with no pets.
The pool is so nice! The back yard area is huge, plenty of space! We Fished almost every night and caught something every time! I had asked to check in a day early and stay an extra day last minute which was a lot and they were very accommodating. Let us stay, no problem which was very nice!
My kids enjoyed their stay and so did we. We would definitely return!

Great Place to Vacation
Great location. Great host, Great spot! We had a wonderful week stay with our fur baby and family. The house amenities kept us busy and we caught lots of fish/crabs from the dock and kayaks. The fenced yard was fantastic for our sog Otis! He was able to be free with supervision and get to enjoy the vacation as well! Great location wasn't a far drive to the Springs or to the beach! We got the best of both worlds. Host were awesome and very quick to respond! Would recommend and would stay again!

Everything was wonderful
Enjoyed everything! Made a little bird pet we were feeding sardines from the bait shop. Also, all of the birds love this property. The ducks will stop by sometimes. Very peaceful!

The outdoor areas of this home are like a resort setting. We didn't really go anywhere. Just stayed at the house and relaxed.

Spectacular get a way on the water
Had a great time! A very neat little place to stay. Beautiful place, outdoor paradise with the pool, hot tub, fire pit and tiki bar! Also has a place to tie off our boat and plenty of room to park our trailer. Our host was very pleasant to deal with- very attentive to our needs.

The outside area offers a nice place to gather with family and enjoy the day and evening. The indoor space is clean and inviting. While we did experience a few issues - dishwasher repair, AC repair, TV connection issues, one kayak had a crack, and fire pit ignitor not working - Bob and Crystal were quick to resolve what they could in a timely fashion and with understanding and kindness. We would definitely stay here again.
