Wonderful house for our adult group of family and friends. We all made it a great vacation even though we had a tropical storm! House was roomy enough, well stocked kitchen and large areas for games ! Mike was very communicative, prompt and gracious. Hope to return !

Best experience we have ever had, Mike and Cindy are the perfect host they go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone with families. The pool area was so great for our family swims

We had a marvelous time in this beautiful house. Love it that each of the bedrooms had their own bathroom. It would be nice to have shower massages in the bathrooms for easier rinsing. Also, we ran out of hot water quickly when we were trying to shower after coming back from the beach. Plenty of room for all to sit and eat. The kitchen was well equipped. Pool area was large enough for all of us (15). Having an outside fridg was a plus. Very short walk to the beach. The living and dining areas were spacious and the furniture comfortable! The beds were very comfortable too. We loved our stay and Mike was the best host ever! So accommodating! Thank you Mike for a wonderful week. Your home is just awesome.

Beautiful home with all the amenities that’s great for a large group. Pool was lovely and short walk to the beach access. Host was very accessible and accommodating! Will stay again! Beer fridge downstairs is awesome!

Our group of 9 rarely gets everybody together, and this house was the perfect place for us to make memories :) We’ll always remember this trip as the one that our friends got engaged. The pastries were a great touch to a very clean house. Playing games late at night on the big TV, sitting under the umbrella in the pool, eating dinner together at the big table outside, reading on the balcony when we got sick of each other, and the short walk to the beach all made for the perfect vacation spot :)

This is a great house for a group of multiple families! With the three king master bedrooms, all the adults have a nice place to stay. The house was gorgeous and fully stocked with everything we needed. The second refrigerator down by the pool was an added bonus! And of course, you can’t beat the location! We will definitely rent here again.

Incredible property. Cleanest rental property we have ever stayed at. Communications with owner have been top notch. Mike went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Our whole group would hands down rent this property again.

This property was amazing!! We loved the location, heated pool, the views and overall comfort of the house. The kitchen was well stocked. The beach access was close. We enjoyed everything about the house! Mike was wonderful and responded promptly to any questions. The treats upon arrival were a great bonus. Most certainly recommend this place! We will be back again for sure.

We celebrated our 50th anniversary with our family. The house is lovely with plenty of room for everyone. Many amenities and very comfortable, great location. Mike very easy to reach for any questions. We all had a wonderful time.

The house was wonderful! Very clean and well maintained. Kitchen and grill area well equipped. The only suggestion our family has, if possible, is to put a bathroom down at the pool area. We will definitely be back! Host is very nice and easy to get in touch with.

Let me start off by saying Mike (the owner) was a pleasure to deal with. Any questions were answered promptly both before and during our stay. So if you are looking for a place to vacation for the whole family this is it. We are a family of 6 adults and 2 children between the ages of 3 & 7. Plenty of space to spread out, enough comfortable seating so everyone had a place to sit in the spacious den. Big kitchen, no one was on top of each other while preparing meals. Everyone could sit at the dining table for meals. All of the bedrooms have very comfortable beds and having private baths for each was a plus in my book.
The whole house inside and out is very well maintained and the pool in the backyard was a welcome plus on the day we didn’t want to take the very short walk to the beach. Even a gas grill and fridge are out by the pool. No running up and down stairs to get a cool drink😊.
I could go on and on about this property but I won’t. I will just say this in closing….this was the best vacation ever for our family and a lot of that was due to Mike and his hospitality. So if you’re looking for a place to stay on Ocean Isle don’t hesitate to choose this house…..go on, do it! You won’t regret it. Thanks again Mike!

Just spent an amazing week at this wonderful home. Mike, our host, was very attentive and available. We spent hours in the pool with all the pool toys and made the short walk to the beach every day. Kitchen well stocked for adults and kids. Beds very comfortable with room darkening curtains. Loved being able to see the ocean from the decks. Short drive to mini-golf, ice-cream, and restaurants. All in all, a perfect week at the beach!

We visited this home with our family of 10 and had a blast. The 3 king masters and two bunk rooms were perfect for our family and allowed everyone to have big sleeps after long days at the beach! Kitchen was well stocked and you can hear and see the ocean from the deck, we hope to return soon!

We had a great week long stay at this property! The owner was very quick to respond to any questions and/or concerns we had. The house has a great layout with plenty of room in the common areas to accommodate a large group of people for meals and fellowship. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and there is even an extra refrigerator down next to the pool that came in clutch when trying to keep drinks cold. The pool was amazing. We spent many of our days just floating in the pool. The fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom was definitely a plus as well! We easily parked 5 cars in the driveway and still had plenty of room to play cornhole. (Just a simple FYI - for future beachgoers - the City of Ocean Isle Beach only allows umbrellas with one pole or the Shibumi shades on the beach. We had purchased a Cool Cabana for the beach and was not allowed to use it.) We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!

Family Beach Week
We had a wonderful stay at the beach. We enjoyed all of the amenities of the house and really enjoyed our time by the ocean and the pool. Mike was a wonderful host and made sure we were set for the week. We had a family of 10 and this house had a great setup for us. Hope to stay again in the future!

The owner communicated with us before, during, and at the end of our stay--making every effort to make us feel welcome and to ensure that we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing place to hang out with more than 10-15 people
Mike the proper owner is very nice and welcoming! Always had a open communication and very professional! Property is apt for spending quality time in the house with nice swimming pool and a couple of decks to relax watching the beach! Enjoyed the stay

Perfect multi family getaway
We stayed here for our kids spring break. We had plenty of room for two families and the heated pool was a big hit with the kids since the ocean was too cold for swimming. Mike went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
