The bed's were EXTREMELY comfortable and the main shower was very nice. We were however, a bit disappointed at some of the smaller details. The shampoo and conditioner were so small they would not have lasted our stay and there was no body wash or soap of any kind for the shower. The soap dispenser in the bathroom did not work. The small amount of coffee grounds in the cabinet were not enough to make a full pot of coffee so we left to get supplies for our stay so we could shower and have coffee. All of the area rugs were curled up on the edges and the one in the master bedroom had huge washed out stains on them and you tripped on the rolled up edges constantly. The laundry room was so filthy and did not have laundry detergent and there was a pool of leaky water and leaves and debris from outside everywhere. The door to the house on the inside had a big chuck of wood missing on it on the inside by the bolt which made it look like someone had kicked in the door at some point. It is located near a very nice area on one side but it is also 1 house away from a not so nice street. While the beds were some of the most comfortable I have slept in,sleeping was hard as police sirens and racing cars kept us up most of the two nights we stayed. I believe this place would be much nicer if a bit more attention to the details were made. Painting the walls stocking with general supplies and cleaning the basement laundry area.

We stayed here for a church conference in downtown Indy. The property was nicely renovated and in a quiet, safe area not too far from our convention. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was wellstocked. It was a nice, comfortable stay.

Good layout for a group of people. Beds were big and house was in great shape.

We were able to easily get to the children’s museum, zoo and downtown. House has a great living area giving a family of five plenty of much needed space. We had a very good stay and the management team was excellent. Only cons are the yard is not fenced and not much of a yard. We would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. While this was a short getaway for our family, it was complimented by a very clean and nicely stocked property. The layout of the home is great and very conducive to family time and enhancing interactions. The customer service is excellent. From the welcome email to the responsiveness to outreach during our stay. I would definitely stay again and recommend this property to others. The neighborhood was nice and we had no issues!!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The home is tastefully decorated and centrally located in a safe neighborhood. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoyed playing games provided. The property manager was very helpful and responsive when I contacted them. We would definitely rent again.

Great location with easy drive to son’s house. Great kitchen allowed us to prepare meals for the new parents. Appreciated the ample off street parking at rear of property. Would definitely stay again

The property was clean and well prepared except for locked thermostats in rather lower temperature. After one night of struggling without resolving the problem, the manage helped to unlock it by providing password. One other thing, my colleague and I also reserved another VRBO property for Dec. 10 to 15 in Chicago area and cancelled it later due to change of travel plan. So the rental fee was cancelled BUT the service fee was charged and not returned. After a couple of phone-calls to VRBO, the customer service sent email that they will escalate this issue; however, it was the end of correspondences, and the money is yet of no-return..,.

Very attractive, clean, well cared for home. Kitchen is modern, well stocked and efficient to use. Spacious with good storage. Close to downtown and many attractions.

This was a lovely home for family to get together. All our needs were met. We had every kitchen utensil, appliance, etc. needed to prepare any meals we desired. This home is not ADA compliant (haven't found a rental that is yet), but we were able to make everything work with seniors who have some difficulty getting around. The low entry shower was a real plus for our group's special needs.

Nice, fairly modernized older home with character. Nice layout. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms are nice. Plenty of room for cooking and dining and hanging out. House was clean and all communication was simple and accurate.

The property was just as advertised. Very clean, spacious & aesthetically pleasant. The area was lovely too. Property Manager was easily assessable & respectful. Will definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended.

Great location and overall a nice, clean & spacious place to stay. The only thing I would suggest is getting some blackout blinds in the back bedroom. The lights at night and the morning sun are very bright & it is never actually dark.

This home was clean and inviting! We had a 6 night stay here and thoroughly it. We had several days trips out of Indianapolis and this location was great for that. The hosts were prompt regarding our inquiries and very professional!

The beds were comfy, and the linens clean. The dishwasher was broken, but everything else was good and I would stay here again. Our party had kids under 5, so the location was great to get into the children’s museum and local parks. If our kids were 5+ The house would be great. Unfortunately, it took less than an hour for the 1 year old to find the bleach and other cleaning material under the sink. I sent a suggestion to get a child proof lock for the chemicals or a little step stool so toddlers can reach the sinks.

Everything we needed was ready when we arrived and the host was very quick to respond to us as we were confirming before heading into town. We had so much fun at the large dining room table sharing stories of the wedding and making lots of new memories sharing meals together and playing games. Would definitely stay here again when in Indy!
