Was nit happy withe property overall. Did not get one of the rooms paid fir. Desk Manager was unprofessional.

I booked this stay based on the description that it is 2 connecting suites with 3 beds. My expectation was to have a king suite with a connecting door to a second suite with two queens. When we went to our rooms after checking in, it was two connecting standard double rooms. I went to the front desk to ask about the suites. She said they have king suites but not queen suites. I asked if we could be moved to a king suite connecting to a standard room. They did not have that. So we ended up with a king suite and a standard double room several doors down the hall. I didn't want to separate the family, so we all ended up piling into the one suite room. We never even used the second room. When I told Suiteness about the experience, they did issue a partial refund, but it was not enough to cover the difference of what it would have cost if I had just booked the king suite on its own directly from the hotel. The hotel itself was nice, and the location is great.
