The bad-The actual home was clean, however the outdoor area needs taken better care of. The pump never kicked on, water was low and we paid for heat and the water was frigid. I’ve been in heated pools and unheated, and this water was unbearable. We had to wash all of our towels 2 times, as they seemed to be new towels and shed green all over us after showering. The good-Actual house was clean and well cared for. Clubhouse was nice, and getting in and out of the property was simple. The area is nice and has a lot of stores close by. Communication with rental company was great, and they responded quickly. The beds were decent when it came to comfort, but they provided a lot of blankets and pillows. Overall-I would stay again here, but I wouldn’t pay extra for the pool heat as it did not seem to make a difference. The hosts are very responsive and we had no issues other than the towels and pool during our stay. However, I did appreciate knowing the towels were new, I guess.

Very nice area very nice home

I loved this place! The home and the neighborhood both were beautiful! The check in process was very simple. The pool was warm and of course was a huge factor for the kids! I loved the fact that when we decided at the last minute to bring the baby along with us to sea world, the renters had a stroller in one of the closets. The home was the best part of our entire stay since it rained and stormed our whole stay.

Overall the place was nice and the inside was clean but it was lacking in a few places. Issue #1:It was quite cool when we arrived and stayed in the 70’s throughout our trip but in the few days it did warm up we noticed the air conditioning was not working. The fan would run but no cool air was coming out of the vents. The system was set at 68 and the temp was reading 73-75 degree consistently. It wasn’t terrible as the overnight temps cooled the condo but this will definitely need to be addressed for the summer months. Issue #2:The private pool- gross. We debated having it heated but then agreed that we would not utilize it enough for the cost to heat. The pump never clicked on for our entire trip. For 6 days, the water sat stagnate and the pump/filter never turned on. There was a hose just sitting in the pool and the water looked very low. You should really get your pool maintenance company out there to inspect because there is definitely a problem. Also the overhead LED patio lights did not work. We tried every switch and nothing would turn them on. We even went as far as to check the breaker box to make sure nothing had tripped. These should be replaced.Issue #3:The master bedroom upstairs has a strange light fan frequency possibly with an adjacent condo. The overhead light and fan would randomly come on in the middle of the night or the fan would shut off. At one point we were have a light/fan battle with whatever neighboring condo shared our same frequency.
