This was such a wonderful place to stay. You have a direct view of the ocean from the deck. The place is well designed with open kitchen, dining, and living areas. The pool and hot tub are well kept. You can go across to the sound side for enjoyable views. Salter Path is right in the middle of the island with rather short trips to Emerald Isle or Atlantic Beach A+.

My husband and I loved Sea La Vie! The location was superb and the entire property was immaculate! Our unit was perfect! Beautiful views on the balcony as well as through all the windows! Our kitchen was well equipped and we loved buying local seafood and cooking in each night! We hope to come again!

This property is one of the best we’ve stayed in. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, very clean with comfortable furniture and beds. And the sunrise view was beyond words. We loved the convenience of the cart to bring our suitcases up through the elevator. I definitely recommend!

Loved the views and loved the location. It was what we were looking for, a quiet beautiful location to relax. The recommendations for eateries were a great bonus. We followed the recommendations and never had a bad meal. It was just as pictured and described.

This was my first experience booking anything through Vrbo. It was flawless and I definitely would do it again! Our condo was gorgeous!! It is exactly as pictured. It is extremely roomy and was very comfortable for 5 adults. It had everything that we could possibly need. The oceanfront balcony was the most enjoyed and could fit all of us out there comfortably at the same time!! The location was perfect between the pool and the beach access. (30 something stairs to the beach in case you have mobility issues). The elevator was so convenient as well as the first-floor storage unit for all of your beach items. We loved the tropical feel with the beautiful palm trees planted around the entire complex. We didn't want to leave. Definitely check out the pier and the sound side as well! We hope to be back someday!! Thank you to the owners for sharing this beautiful condo with us.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sea La Vie.
The location, the beach, the pool, and the other vacationers were wonderful. This rental is located in the middle of the island, so it seems to be less busy than either end. The keyless entry feature was great! We enjoyed the restaurants, bars and ice cream shops. The fresh seafood was fantastic and we prepared a couple of meals at the rental with the shrimp we bought just off the boat. Things we enjoyed while there: Fort Mason, jet ski trip to "Shark Tooth Island", and Cape Lookout (a must-see, but plan ahead for this trip). We walked on the beach most mornings and evenings and it was never too crowded. The rental had large bathrooms and comfortable beds. We spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the beach and the pool area. It was hot (it was July-so to be expected), but the sea breeze kept it from being too hot. Would definitely vacation here again.

This property was just as listed and perfect for my family. The location is remote and absolutely beautiful for relaxing. Convenient walk to the beach and pool. We loved having access to the beach closet.
This was our first visit to this area and we enjoyed it so much. The whole process was easy. We also ate some delicious food during the week and went to Morehead City to the ferry go out to Shackleford Island.
There was lots of noise from the above vacationers but that’s to be expected in a middle unit. I’d also suggest some larger coffee mugs for those who like a bigger cup. I wish I’d brought one from home as two of the cup settings on the Keurig go to waste with the small mugs. Otherwise we had absolutely everything we could need or want.
Oh! The extra comforters, blankets and pillows came in handy for this napping family! So comfy, thanks!

We enjoyed our stay, the place was roomy enough for 6 adults and we were on the beach in no time. I will recomand this place anytime.

The condo and beach are beautiful. The pictures were accurate and the condo was extremely clean. We had everything we needed for the stay. The weather was a little chillier than expected but that did not matter. There’s plenty to do from shopping, eating, fishing, miniature golf, etc… Will definitely return in the future!

I couldn’t have wished for a more delightful bday week at Sea la Vie!! The location was amazing we watched dolphins from the balcony, as well as any number of birds. Ocean front is truly the best seat in the house!

We have stayed in a lot of vacation condos over the years. This one is one of the best ever. Awesome furniture comfortable couch sturdy table and chairs. The master bed very solid (we have had bad bad bad ones!) Top level decorating. The deck furniture was comfortable and heavy duty with a great view of the ocean. We even saw Dolphins! Excellent new appliances. Can't sat enough about this unit. Thanks So much. Joe & Denise Kane County Illinois

We are a family of five who rented this property in early April. We enjoyed this beautifully decorated property on the oceanfront. Kitchen was well stocked and the beach decor and colors were perfect! We found everything inside the condo comfortable and easily met our needs. We were notified in advance the elevator was under repair. What we didn't expect was the heated pool not to be heated. We were told it was to be repaired early in the week but it sadly was not repaired in our time there. Being the ocean was quite cool in April, this was our biggest and only disappointment with children. I would not hesitate however to rent this property again.

Overall wonderful experience. Pictures on VRBO accurately show condition & quality of furnishings. When booking any property in the off season, remember to check on property maintenance being performed. The elevator was out of service for a rebuild & parking lot seal coating was a slight inconvenience. Highly recommend this property & would stay again at this location .

Perfect quiet spot on the beach. Plenty of sun with a nice patio overlooking the ocean. October was perfect since we had the beach to ourselves. The only negative - people above us. We heard and felt their every step.

This trip included myself, my daughter and my sister. We went on this trip to celebrate the health and healing of my daughter. Our favorite part of the stay was the amazing ocean views and the wonderful sound of the ocean. The weather was perfect, as was Sea La Vie. Would definitely love to stay there again. Also discovered it was conveniently located to Dollar General (lol) which we visited every day. It is a short trip to Beaufort and a boat ride to see the wild horses living on the beach. Our hosts were available and easy to work with.

The condo location, ocean view, adjacent to pool and beach access in addition to spacious, beautifully decorated interior and beachfront balcony is all you need for a big fun week at the beach. The owners are more than willing to answer any questions you may have concerning your stay. My husband, sister, brother in law and myself plan to revisit Sea La Vie early fall 2023.

We loved our stay at Indian Beach. The beach was quiet and was not all crowded. In the evening, we would crab hunt and we’d be the only people on the beach most nights. Our room was updated and very clean. It was so convenient to have access to the storage room for all beach toys and chairs, they even provided a tent for beach use! Our only complaint is that the spare bedroom tv didn’t work the greatest.

We loved our stay here, the condo was beautiful and location on the beach couldn’t be better! My only complaints were that 1. the washing machine was REALLY loud where we didn’t want to run it while we slept or watched tv; 2. The third bedroom with the trundle bed probably isn’t technically a bedroom as there was no closet and the French doors opened to the living room making it noisy inside that room. Those things did not ruin our trip at all and we’d still highly recommend this condo! The owners were super responsive and accommodating.

This was a wonderful condo located right in between Atlantic Beach and Emerald Isle. Pool was refreshing after a day on the beach and the sound side pier was great to watch the sunset.

Great place! Highly recommend it! The only downside is that there really are too few/small pools for the amount of people in the complex. A third pool should be built!

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were extremely clean. I liked that I was able to do some of our laundry the day before we left while we lounged by the pool so I didn’t have to dread doing it all when we returned back home. The pool was warm enough to enjoy during our stay. The views of the ocean are gorgeous from the comfortable chairs on the balcony. The views from the pier on the sound side were equally as beautiful. The only thing that could have made this vacation spot any better for me would have been if there were less stairs from the beach access and that was only a problem for me because I am personally in need of having both of my knees replaced. The hosts made our vacation so easy/enjoyable and it was much appreciated by all :)

Sea La Vie is a must stay for relaxation and rejuvenation
Sea La Vie was absolutely immaculate and tastefully decorated. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures. Josh and Brittney were great hosts, they responded to questions and requests quickly. Check-in and check-out process was very detailed and smooth. We could have not asked for a better location and views. Had a relaxing week with friends, we loved sitting on the deck and watching dolphins swim by. Overall one of the best rentals we have ever rented! We will definitely be back. Thank you Josh and Brittney for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

Amazing View - Very Clean!
Our stay here was great. The condo is very clean and they have thought of pretty much anything you might need during your stay - from kitchen items to beach chairs. During our time we enjoyed many area restaurants, spent time at the beach, swam in the pool, relaxed in the hot tub, and sat on the balcony every day to admire the amazing view. We also were able to see dolphins nearly every day directly in front of our condo. We really enjoyed the area and the much needed rest and relaxation. We would not hesitate to book this condo again in the future.
