This place was very well decorated and was very clean. The beds were soft too which was fantastic. Backyard area was very nice for hanging out. Only minor complaint was the coffee maker was super cheap. Took 45 minutes to an hour for one pot. Would still stay here again without hesitation.

Spent Thanksgiving weekend in the hot tub townhouse. Lots of room and everything was clean and organized. Had a great visit with family and took in the Kanab tree lighting and parade. Only problem was the coffee maker. Needs to be replaced with something more efficient. Hot tub was great and well maintained. Great property for a relaxing stay.

We chose Kenab so that we could easily get to Zion, Bryce, North Rim, Antelope Canyon and Lake Powell.
The place was better than expected. It was so neat and organized. The beds were comfy. The towels were fluffy. The owners had shampoo, lotion, shower gel - and not just travel sizes. Able to do laundry- everything was there. Used their cooler for our day trips. Hot tub was clean and perfect for relaxing. I’d say this was the cleanest and most orderly VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This property has absolutely everything that we could have wanted or needed. Kanab is a cute town and is located in the middle of all of the National Parks. The hot tub was wonderful for after all of the hiking we did during our stay there.

We loved staying in this VRBO. Extremely clean and comfortable. Convenient to both Zion and Bryce National Parks. I loved being able to spread out after a long day hiking. The hot tub was amazing too. Very clean. We enjoyed grilling dinner on the back patio. I liked having laundry avail. Great they provided towels for hot tub. Only complaint was the bed in the master bedroom was too soft. Didn’t have a box spring.

Very please on our decision to stay in this townhouse in Kanab to explore the area. It was clean, comfortable, and had great communication with property manager. The spa in back yard was an extra bonus after a long day of hiking.

This was a great place to vacation. The location is near so many outdoor recreational destinations. The place was clean, spacious, with comfortable furnishings and beds. The hottub was a great way to end our days of hiking. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo was great for our family of 4! Kanab is centrally located to several national parks, including Bruce Canyon, Zion, and the Grand Canyon, as well as several other smaller local hikes. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were really comfortable. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a long day of hiking. This is a a great place to stay when visiting Kanab!

This was the perfect space for our family to stay while seeing the surrounding national parks. Plenty of space for our kids, nice outdoor area, all the kitchen essentials we needed, quiet street, and an amazing hot tub to relax at the end of the day .

We enjoyed our stay here so much! It was clean and spacious. The king bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. We enjoyed the hot tub at night looking up at the numerous stars. So relaxing and healing after long days of hiking. They had plenty of towels, extra linens and pillows. The blankets were all super soft and cozy. The location was perfect to go to the North rim of the Grand Canyon, Zion and Bryce. We were also impressed at all the good restaurants in Kanab. We will definitely be back.

We stayed 3 nights and it was the best place we stayed on our trip! It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed! Hot tub was clean and we enjoyed using it every night! Location was perfect for visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon! Would highly recommend!

Jay was great with responding to my questions and needs within 24 hrs. Had to make a couple of adjustments to our dates and he responded with the appropriate cost adjustments promptly. His place was inviting, clean, and met our needs well. Highly recommend staying at Jays.

Fabulous Rental in Kanab Utah
This rental was the perfect spot for our group of 6 friends. We loved the location and being able to use the patio with hot tub in the evenings after our daily adventures. We were in the area to visit several National Parks and local state parks and attractions. The location was perfectly centered for our excursions. The rental had all the amenities and supplies we needed. We also loved having the garage to park our motorcycles in overnight. The surrounding scenery was also gorgeous.

My favorite thing about this property is the location. We were able to explore Bryce Canyon, Zion, Arizona, and some local adventures in Kanab: all within an hour an a half from the property. We had so much fun and can’t wait to come back!

We had an issue upon arrival which was very well handled by the owners.
Overall the stay was comfortable, the home is clean, has good kitchenware that allows for a good home cooked meal.
