Very quiet. Enjoyed the peaceful time.

Everything was perfect. Exactly as advertised. Quiet and peaceful.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was conveniently located to Sparta and Spencer for hiking and dining out. A very peaceful location and beautiful setting in the woods. Highlights were Scott’s Gulf for hiking, Farmers Co-op for Pizza and Ugly Mug for burgers!

Wife is sensitive to odors so I mentioned that when I booked unit. When we got there, the smell of Lysol or some such cleaner was overwhelming. We had to open the doors to try and air it out, though it was quite chilly outside. When we left 2 days later, you could still detect the smell. My wife had a miserable allergy reaction until we left. The smell was very unpleasant for me as well. Internet was not working when we arrived and therefore no TV. It took a day to get it fixed. Tried the DVDs and the remote needed batteries. Also, in the high winds, something on the roof started rattling. I thought the cleaning fee was excessive for 2 days, but over a week it might be reasonable. I thought the cleaning fee was excessive for 2 days, but over a week it might be reasonable.
