We stayed here for my Grandpa's funeral weekend. It was comfortable and cozy, just what we needed for the weekend. Also, very clean and great location to my family. The Christmas tree was a nice touch.

Such a nice house!! So well appointed and comfortable, we absolutely loved it. Tons of room, jetted tub was amazing. Super close to everything!

Entry to the home was a breeze and, once inside, we found a meticulously maintained home. There was plenty of seating in the LR, and the dining table sat 6. The kitchen is small but we'll appointed. New appliances, nice fluffy towels. The location is close to I49 & easily accessible to shopping & bike trails. AT&T had an outage during our stay, but the owners were quick to respond & they were helpful.

Beautiful house in a great neighborhood, the owners have definitely stocked this house to make you feel you are at home. It was the perfect location for us as we were there for a Wedding! Thank you for sharing your home!

The house was as advertised - close to the highway, so clean and comfortable, the screened-in back porch was great to have coffee and be able to watch the little kids play. We would stay there again without question - it was a lovely neighborhood and the landscaping and neatness of the house was evident from the time we first pulled in the driveway. I would recommend this home to anyone as a great base for your vacation in Arkansas!

Great home worked well for 6 adults. Good location. We were there for University of Arkansas Graduation for my daughter. Quick on and off HWY 49. Close too dining and shopping.

The house was beautiful and comfortable. It exceeded our expectations. Well decorated and furnished, everything needed for a relaxing stay. Close to shopping, groceries and sightseeing places. We will certainly recommend this wonderful place.

Our family from out of town stayed here and said the beds were super comfortable and the house had everything they needed. It was perfect since it was close to our home so it made it easy for everyone to be together.

Good location. Close to so much and you can hope on bike trail just down the street. Quiet friendly neighborhood. The house is very nice and clean. Decorated nicely and furniture / beds are comfortable. Will stay again if in the area!

Family trip
Was a great house and open areas to sit and visit. Closed in porch helped cut the heat and allowed us to watch the kids play in the back yard.

Razorback Greenway Gem
We chose this property based on proximity to the Greenway and Rogers Promenade. We were pleased with how close we were to the interstate, shops, restaurants and husband was able to cycle all weekend. The neighborhood was very quiet and the house was perfect. I spent the mornings sipping coffee on the enclosed back patio and watching the robins build their nests. The house is well stocked and we enjoyed the games that are available to play. Easy and fast communication with the owner. We will definitely be back!
