This place was everything I expected and so much more. The detailed description and the pictures are accurate. I gave a 4 star rating for checkin only because the HOA is doing repairs/updates to the building and the elevator access in the main building was not functioning, and I had to climb 4 flights of stairs just to get access to the unit were the other elevator access keys were located. After that hiccup everything was fine because the elevator’s we used weren’t in the main building. This unit has quick and easy access to the beach which made is super easy for me to do my daily morning walk/run. The views from the beach to the ocean were absolutely stunning. The weather was perfect everyday (not too hot and not too cold). There were some nice restaurants in walking distance with great food. Our favorite in walking distance was Baja and a short drive away was Margie & Rays. The grocery stores and Target were a short drive away as well. The people were super friendly and even the occasional crabs that you’d see in the parking garage and along the beach were as well. I would definitely book again in a season when the pool and hot tub on the premises are open. They were closed during my travel dates. Overall this place really makes you feel like home. Last but certainly not least, whatever time of day or night and whatever that issue (big or small), I was always able to get prompt assistance from property manager, she was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, and helpful.

The neighborhood was quiet and far from tourism. The unit was very clean.

Stayed for a month with my 17 month old and we enjoyed every minute. The condo was very clean, comfortable and communication with owner was fast and responsive. Thank you!!

Our family had a wonderful time at the condo our hosts were great and the extras could not have been more thoughtful. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked for our stay. We were really impressed by the beach gear that was available for us. From the chairs to the towels and umbrella and the carts to move everything down to the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was nicely furnished with a clean, sleek, modern vibe. It was my husband and I in the primary room with the king bed and my 3 yo in the second bedroom. The second bedroom was a great fit for her because it stayed very dark due to the only window in that room facing the walkway of the entrance to the unit. It was nice that we didn’t have to bother setting up her travel blackout curtain. I thought noise from the walkway would be a bigger issue, but it wasn’t. The bed in the primary room was quite soft, a little too soft for us. But the bed in the second bedroom was more of the firmness that we prefer. The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils and things you’ll need to make meals. We tend to bring plastic kiddie plates with us to rental properties bc we don’t want to risk our little one breaking the owner’s dishes, but we didn’t really need to bc the kitchen was stocked with plastic kiddie plates and cups. The shower heads were at a good placement for tall folks like us. May seem kind of random, but if you’re tall, you notice such things. The storage closet on the ground floor/parking garage was a nice convenience and nicely stocked with chairs and toys and even a cart to help schlep the stuff too and from the beach.

Property owners were quick to answer questions and very accommodating. The condo itself was perfect for our stay. The main property was undergoing construction maintenance which was a bit of a bummer but not anything the owner can control. Would definitely rent this property again if it’s available.

The condo we stayed in was perfect. The owners Jerry and Stacy made our experience seamless. Easy check in and out. Unit was supplied and clean. My only concerns were the broken elevators and general cleanliness of the over all property. The association needs to pay closer attention to detail when cleaning. Building needs a power wash to remove insects and spiderwebs. Left much to be desired. Again our condo was excellent and met all of our needs. Thank you!!

The location was great for us. Nice and quiet. Not too crowded.

We enjoyed our vacation to Sandbridge immensely. The condo was pristine. Having beach equipment in the storage locker was great. Beautiful view of the pool and in a private location within the complex. Only downside was the building’s elevators would intermittently go down, happened the day of arrival and the day of check out. Will probably be back next year!

We came to Virginia Beach for a family wedding and were very fortunate to stay here. Perfect location and the condo was wonderful. Our hosts were very helpful. Hopefully we will get to go back and spend more time.

Condo was Very clean, easy check-in, master bed very comfy, and very short walk to beach. Beach was clean and nice. Super helpful to have a locker with beach supplies/chairs. Unfortunate that the pool, hot tub, and swim up pool/bar were closed during our stay. Condo was on a very nice and safe neighborhood/strip, however, far from restaurants and attractions. Overall very satisfied.
