Home was absolutely perfect. Great location and the pool was amazing for a family. Home owner was very accommodating as well! Will consider in future

The rental fees do not add up called got no help called on problems with the home got no response the home needs some tender loving care.

The house was very spacious and clean, kitchen had everything we needed. We were very disappointed in the pool and hot tub. 72 hours prior we ask for the pool to be heated, which never happened. We turned on the hottub the first night but were never able to shut it off. After running for a very long time (overnight) the hot tub heater must have broke and both pool and hot tub were freezing cold. I called right a way but never got a respose for the management company. One of the main reasons we rented this property was for use of the pool and hot tub. I do understand that things break but when you rent a property on a night to night basis you should have someone to be able to fix things when they break or at least keep your renters informed.

Everything was great except the TV. We could not get the major networks and the Open was on.

The house layout was fine overall. Sheets definitely hadn't been washed before we got there. We were not notified that there was construction literally feet from the master bedroom window that began at 7am everyday all day. There were no peaceful afternoons by the pool due to loud construction equipment and dust drifting over onto the pool area. We couldn't even hear each other talk. The rental company did refund our remaining days but none of the additional fees so we way overpaid for the two nights we were there. We then had to find another last minute home for the rest of our vacation, very stressful!
