I did not realize when we first booked that it was a private suite under a residence, though i was nervous when we first pulled up, immediately upon entry we realized it was still very private and quiet. The hot tub was amazing the neighborhood was polite and getting to meet the dog and the owners dad were added bonuses. I will definitely be telling people about this property and host. Thank you so much we hope to return soon.

I gave it only 2 stars , but it could be 2.5. First, it is excellent for folks with pets, the host was gracious on the pet policy. Property was clean. The down side are the details...first, the hot tub was unusable. It was cloudy and stinky and was only 98ºf, too cold on a 25ºf day. They need to get a professional to deal with the dirty water. Second, they had a plastic cover on the mattress under the sheet, made for uncomfortable sleeping. Third, it was cold in there and we texted the owner to turn the heat up, it took 3 hours for him to do so. Our dogs had a great time though. Fix the minute details and it will be a 5 star property.

The property is very nice. It's located very near attractions like Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Garden of the Gods, and Red Rocks Amphitheater. There is ample shopping and restaurants in the area as well. There are great views of mountains off the back patio and from the hot tub. They also have a very doggy that you might get to meet.

We had an amazing time!!! The hot tub and place was inviting and awesome!!! We came in real late our first night and there was no issue with getting in the house and enjoying a late night dip in the hot tub!!

It is so strategically located that The COG to Pikes Peak was less than 30 minutes away (highly recommend), Close to Seven Springs (highly recommend), Manitou Town (adorable) and the Cliff Dwellings. Went white water rafting with Wilderness, in Buena Vista…that was a drive but well worth it.
Accommodations are clean and really comfortable bed, Auggie the Doggie lives upstairs and is so friendly.
Loved our time here.

My husband and I stayed here with our golden retriever for a babymoon! It was a nice place, enjoyed the cleanliness and stocked coffee bar. The view was great for drinking our morning coffee. A heads up that the owners live upstairs and the walls are quite thin - we could hear them very clearly, especially in the bedroom.

The place is absolutely wonderful, its secluded and quite. The property owner was very kind and you could tell the family had a good sense of humor with the decore of the home. They made my stay easy and worry free while I was dealing with the stresses of a work Expo. 5 stars hands down.

Very Clean, Comfortable and plush accommodations. Greatest View ever. Nice hot tub 1st time for me to use one, was nervous but it was easy. Go gentle on the hot tub buckles folks.. Friendly host. Nice enthusiastic dog that stays upstairs. Comfortable bed. Everything one needs for a nice stay..Ty

Great place with awesome view
Loved this place! The view was amazing and the hot tub was great after a long day of hiking. Our dogs especially loved playing with Auggie in the fenced backyard.

Enjoyed tge area; close a lit of thinfs. The host, Micah, was accommodating! Enjoyed his home and conversation. There were a couple of things such as no control over A/C. But as I said he was accommodating.
