We had a great stay at this cabin. The location was very convenient to the main strip in pigeon forge.

This home was exactly as described. Very clean and cozy. The kids all had a great time in the pool area and game room. It is so close to all of the attractions in Pigeon Forge. It was big enough for my large family and everyone was comfortable. Check in was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

This house has everything you need for a serene getaway and more. The beds are so comfortable, the view from the back deck is breathtaking, and the location to the attractions is a short drive! We had an amazing day or two relaxing in the house, enjoying the game, the fireplace and the hot tub.
We cook a lot and the house was stocked so nicely with dishes, and cooking supplies. We were even able to find a roasting pan and made our turkey!
Susan was so responsive and lovely to communicate with. We would most certainly be back and stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Views were incredible. Cabin was close to everything but you still felt as you you were nestled back in the woods . Kids loved pool and spa and game room. Would definitely stay here again.

Cabin was beautiful and had a great space layout for 5. Owners are very responsive to any questions to help you make the most of your stay and all the amenities offered. Very clean! Location is the perfect blend of mountain views with convenient drive to the strip. Would stay again!

The house was amazing. I have been staying in cabins in the Smoky Mountains since I was a kid and this was the best house we have stayed in. Perfect views, plenty of entertainment and great location.

We had such a great stay at this cabin! Check-in & communication with the owners was fabulous. It has beautiful views. There's a great balcony to sip coffee on in the morning (or any time!) and take in the fresh air. Inside is clean, has tons of room, & has lots of games & things to do for entertainment. The pool & hot tub were the biggest draw for my daughter. It's far enough up the mountain to get that quiet & calmness you can't get in a city, but not too far to drive on down for dinner or a show. I would 100% recommend this location to others. And i hope to stay here again the next time we visit!

Stayed here for a ladies trip (5 physicians) on a Dollywood pilgrimage. What a gorgeous and well-placed property.
It’s a short drive down to the main strip, and our Sunday morning drive to Dollywood was only 14 minutes!
Any questions we had were immediately answered. I also have to say it was the absolute cleanest STR I have ever seen, like brand-new clean. We had a (giant) Jeep Grand Cherokee rental car, and I had no problems with the driveway nor the road up to the lodge.
We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub, great for soaking in after a hike at Grotto Falls or a day of walking Dollywood.
In the mornings, we had our coffee and tea out on the deck, taking in the view of the Smokies and enjoying the antics of the birds and squirrels.
I highly recommend this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is our second stay with Evergreen Resort of the Smokies and further confirmation that these properties are AMAZING!!!! From the minute you open the door, the atmosphere is nothing short of warm, welcoming and inviting. From the top end furniture, fixtures and overall decor, to the escape of the indoor heated pool and spa, to the deck nestled high above the city lights that provides miles of spectacular views, this property checks all the boxes and then some. Whether for a large family gathering or a small family getaway, this place is nothing short of perfect!!!
If you question the validity of the online pictures you see, question no more. This place IS what it is presented to be and if perfect is what you are after, book your stay now :)

Susan the owner is excellent to work with. The cabin is beautifully appointed with everything you need to have a fun vacation. The views are spectacular especially at sunset! I would recommend this cabin resort again and again. The towels, sheets are so soft and comfortable. It was like staying at home. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time at the lodge. Location was excellent. The pool and hot tub were excellent. Our kids were entertained the entire time. The alarm for pool ensured safety. Will be back!!

We loved our stay at Cypress Lodge. The view is spectacular especially the sunrises and sunsets. The pool and game room are so much fun for all ages! We were never bored!
Susan was wonderful to work with. She responded quickly with any questions we had. For example, when we couldn't find a wine bottle opener in the kitchen and she Instacarted us one so it was to us within the hour!
We couldn't recommend this house more! We will be back again soon!

What a house! Spectacular deck views, THE POOL AND SPA!!!, air hockey, pool table and 2 arcade machines….I was a kid again here. Much needed break from life provided by wonderful owners! Super quick to respond and great to work with! This place is super close to The Island and Kroger too! The ONLY “issue” is the steepness of the driveway of there is weather….just be safe if it snows or ices (owners stay on top of it and get folks out there quickly, FYI). Absolutely LOVE this place! And you will too!

The cabin is beautiful and pristine. Every room has charm and that cozy cabin vibe. The fireplace was our favorite aspect, kept those chilly mornings warm while enjoying the beautiful views. Dinner on the deck was absolutely gorgeous. Pool area was a lot of fun and we loved the arcade games. The hosts were amazing and in constant contact. We loved our stay and booking with Susan.

Words will never be able to summarize the feeling that my family had while staying at this cabin. The scenery is BREATHTAKING! The beds were comfortable and there was more than enough space for the nine of us to move about. The rating is more than a 5 star cabin. I would highly recommend it to anyone. It definitely set the expectations for me for what I would want in a cabin in the future. I wish our stay was longer but we will definitely be back. Please book! You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

We stayed for three nights at Cypress Springs Lodge with friends. The cabin exceeded all expectations! It was so nice and the location was great (and the mattresses were amazing, an added bonus!) Susan and Ek were very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We are looking forward to our next trip!

We have been fall vacationing in Pigeon Forge for 20+ years. We usually check-in wherever we stay then hit the town for fun. BUT, not this year! We got to the cabin then started playing games, swimming, relaxing, laughing, and enjoying the night staying in! Enjoyed morning coffee on the deck with the beautiful views. Grandchildren had so much fun in the teepee, exploring the cabin, and swimming. We loved, loved, loved staying here! Kitchen was well stocked, beds comfy, and there was something for everyone to enjoy.
The owners have paid so much attention to details that their cabin feels warm and welcoming like a home, which we will definitely be returning to and recommending!

I can't say enough about how happy we were with this cabin and the service we received. We had a party of 9 and had more than enough space. The entire family loved the indoor pool and spa, as well as the game room. We had lots of friendly competitions. I would highly recommend giving this cabin a shot. I promise you won't be disappointed. We will definitely stay here again.
