We couldn’t have been happier with Riberia 196. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The ceiling fans were divine. There were two restaurants within walking distance that were phenomenal: the St Augustine Fish Camp and Ice Plant. And the view of the marsh!!!!!!!!! I am a birder and chose this place based on its view of the magnificent marsh. I was treated to little blue herons, osprey, great blue herons, wood storks, ibis, snowy egrets, and belted kingfishers. It was a dream. There is also a birding hotspot just down the road where you can find rare sparrows. We will be back soon!!! Thank you!

Our stay was a 10 out of 10. The property was beautiful and clean, and was located in close proximity to anything we needed.

Spend a weekend celebrating anniversary with my wife. Located real close to the fish camp. 10 minute walk to St. George Street. Everything was perfect. Daniel, the host was very prompt and communicating. Made lots of great memories. If we ever had back to Saint Augustine, we will be sure to stay here again.

This was our first visit to St Augustine.
The house was beautiful, just as described. The beds were super comfortable which I believe is key to a good experience.
The neighborhood was very walkable with several nice restaurants and a local distillery where you can get a free tour and tasting.
The hosts were readily available and responded quickly to any questions we may have had.
We look forward to returning in the not too distant future.

Overall, we were pleased. We did have an infestation of ants in the master bedroom on the second floor and in the living room area of the first floor.
You might want to check that out and Dr emery the situation.

This property is exactly as described and the location is perfect! We parked our car in the driveway and walked absolutely everywhere. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Great stay, would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed the location. Nice view out back. Peaceful. Short drive to downtown. House was nice. Bedrooms large and comfortable. Downstairs small but all we needed.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was exactly as pictured--clean with comfortable couches and beds and everything needed for cooking meals. The air conditioning worked well and was virtually silent. There are nice views off the back porch for morning coffee.

Recently traveled to St. Augustine for a family wedding. We couldn’t have been any happier with the accommodations. The house had everything we needed, and more. Property is new and extremely well maintained and clean. Check in/check out was easy. Five star all the way around. Daniel was a wonderful host and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was perfect. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you again for having us!

Most everything was great. It’s a clean new, build modern house two issues we had while staying, the upstairs second bedroom facing the street the blinds were broke and taped to the frame. One of the family members coming through the front door had his hand on the door knob, when opening the door wide and got it sandwiched between the railing banister, and the door knob, so be careful of this if you stay here.

We had an amazing time in this modern style home. Easy process for check-in and checkout process was easy. Super clean home, nice bottle of wine and local beer samples were gifts waiting for us. Comfortable beds ans nice masterbedroom shower.

This property is not only unique, but beautiful and located in a convenient area to all St. Augustine has to offer. We could not have picked a better place to stay while celebrating our Anniversary! The hosts are easy to reach, quick to respond and the house? Well, let’s just say if we visit St. Augustine again, we will not hesitate to book this property. Truly exceptional.

The home was perfect for two couples--we each had king sized beds and our own bathrooms. The weather was perfect to spend time on the covered patio. We walked everywhere--to restaurants and the historic area. We also enjoyed a beach day at Anastasia State Park which had a beautiful beach and was a a short drive.

Unit is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Great location to walk to a few activities and downtown. Good communication with management team. Beware lock is timed for entry, even 15 minutes before assigned entry.

We had a fabulous time in St. Augustine in large part thanks to our fabulous accommodations. We were thrilled to be walking distance to all the shops and restaurants that we could dream of, while staying in such a modern comfortable place. We didn’t need a lot of assistance because all we needed was readily findable and clear, —but when we did have a question, the owner was very responsive. Excellent, thank you!

We very much enjoyed our stay here! We woke up to the beautiful sun every morning with the wonderful windows overlooking the marsh and nature all around. The beds were very comfortable, the A/C was great!There are some great restaurants within walking distance from the house. We enjoyed our stay!

House is very modern, well equipped and clean. Communication with property manager was excellent. Perfect location for exploring on foot and beautiful outlook from back deck for relaxing in between walks.
