From the moment we walked in, we knew this would be a great place to stay. The home was warm and welcoming, and well stocked with all the essentials for our week-long stay.
I was returning for my daughter's wedding at nearby Bella Cosa--I'd been away for nearly ten years. Lake Wales is small and charming as ever, and just far enough off the beaten path for a reprieve from the Florida tourist traffic. This home is perfectly situated on the town's namesake lake, with a bike and walking path just outside the front door. The house is spacious and we were never cramped for space, even when family dropped by for a visit. I'd definitely recommend visiting Bok Tower, which is just a few minutes away.
Our children loved the heated pool, and we enjoyed having some family over for the backyard fire pit. I liked the ability to have Walmart or Publix deliver groceries right to the house when we arrived, a wonderful convenience when travelling.
I hope to stay here again in the near future. Thank you!

Super Beautiful Home. Perfect for our Family Christmas reunion. Everyone,especially the kids, loved the pool and spa. Also the Large den with Super size TV was perfect for movies, and Christmas morning gift opening. Enjoyed smores around the fire pit in the evenings, and the large screened in picnic table would have been our spot for meals if the weather was nicer, but the Large dinning room was Great and made us all feel at home. Really enjoyed the stay and will recomend to friends.

This was our second stay at the Mast’s beautiful home in Lake Wales. We had 8 friends and we were all very comfortable with the sleeping arrangements. The pool, spa, and fire pit were wonderful! We had everything we needed in the kitchen. If we return next year, we hope this home will be available. This property does not disappoint!

With a daughter and her family living in Lake Wales, this home was a convenient place for us (and our other daughter) to stay for a few days. Our grandsons loved the heated pool and hot tub and we rode bikes every day on the paved path around the lake. We will check availability for our next trip down to Lake Wales.

This house is amazing! In town for our son’s wedding at Bella Cosa. Though we have a townhouse in Gibsonton, this 6 minute drive to the venue was well worth it! From accommodating us to drop our belongings a bit early so we could shop/prep for the rehearsal dinner, to late night swims, we had a wonderful time with family and friends. A well-stocked home & quick responses from our host made it easy.

Needing a weekend getaway for the entire family, we came across this wonderful home! It was everything listed and much more. And when Dad (Me) messed up and booked the wrong dates, the host worked with us to make our stay complete. With our oldest being a recent graduate of Webber International, we will be sure to stay again for campus events!

We were married at Bok Towers & Rented this house to host family & Friends. It was the perfect size & Location. THE pool was great for my cousins Small children to play in when viviting .The owner was Amazing. Always a available & accommodating. The house was amazing for central FL. The veiws of the lake were nice. Spent endless hours in the pool. Our pup enjoyed the running space in the back yard. Having a skate park right down the road was also nice for the kids.

This property was very clean and welcoming. It has everything you will need for a relaxing escape. It is very well maintained and the host thinks of everything. There are scenic views of the lake across the street. We will definitely be back to this property.

This place is SO well stocked - and not just the kitchen equipment, although my adult children were VERY happy to see a french press coffee maker. There's more than "just basic" seasonings but items like olive oil, brown sugar and tea bags. And Cascade dishwasher tablets and AWESOME shower supplies. Pool towels, noodles, sunscreen - even pool diapers were stocked. The screened-in porch is EXCELLENT for meals and the fountain at the pool is such a great touch. Property mgr was RIGHT ON IT when the battery in front door lock died. If you love to walk, you just have to cross the street for a paved path around a lake. And TWO wonderful playgrounds for the children. HIGHLY recommend!

We enjoyed a month in Florida away from our Wisconsin winter.
The pool was absolutely amazing.
My only comment would be we wish we would have had access to a vacuum cleaner to do some light cleaning up after ourselves.

We came to celebrate my niece’s birthday, who live close by. The house was beautiful, very clean and with a gorgeous lake view. Our only regret is our short stay, we didn't get to enjoy pool or nearby attractions. We will definitely come back and recommend it to our friends and rest of the family. Great Lake Wales location. Property was as described and great setup for family vacation with plenty of space. Very close to Bok Tower and easy drive to Legoland. Kids enjoyed heated pool, bike path, and nearby playgrounds.

Daughter was getting married at the SugarBarn in Lake Wales. We used this house for the bridesmaids to stay and get ready. Could not have asked for a more wonderful place for them. Plenty of room and very clean and close to everything

Monday, Tampa zone A was given mandatory evacuation from hurricane Ian. We had 8 people and 2 dogs, we were panicking because all of the hotels were either taken or didn't take dogs over 25 lbs. I reached out to this listing and got a response to come!!! They made arrangements to get us in early and we're a true blessing while bracing from the storm. We were a group of 10 staying here while visiting Legoland. This rental is AMAZING and really added to the great vacation experience. The house was extremely clean, well stocked, spacious and the owner was extremely quick in answering a couple questions we had. The house cabinets are well labeled showing the thought the owners took in ensuring their guests had a nice experience. The drive to Legoland was an easy 20 minutes and we loved jumping in the beautiful pool after returning here from the park. We would definitely rent this house again.

We had a wonderful week at Lakeshore Retreat. Kristy was very responsive and was a great host. All of the little touches around the home makes you feel like you’re at home. The pool was wonderful and the new grill was a added bonus! We would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It is even prettier in person than in the pics. The renovation looks great. The pool and spa are beautiful. A worriless unwinding.
A wonderful home, with lovely decorations. It is spotless clean, well-stocked kitchen, bathrooms, pool area. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood, with little to none traffic, and still only 10 minutes away from shopping malls.
The pool (and the built-in hot tub) is heated, but the heating option is extra fee.
Every room has a flatscreen smart tv, with a live account of Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, .... etc., and a superfast Wi-fi6 connection.
Ideal for big family to relax.
