My husband and I stayed here for a snowboarding trip for his birthday and we absolutely loved it!! The room is super cozy with a fireplace that made it and the bed was so comfortable too.
The check-in process was so easy with a digital keypad for the lock to get in, which was nice especially if you prefer limited interactions.
The room had everything we needed, including a smart TV for movies and a place to hang out snow gear and a place to put our boots.
We can’t say enough nice things. Would stay here again for sure!! Thank you XoXo

Great location! Walkable to the beach, shops and restaurants. Room was a bit snug with all our things, but it was spotless and had everything we needed. Easy communication via email when we had trouble with the internet. Only issue was they were doing landscaping work the whole time we were there....the good news is they're finished and it looks beautiful. Just annoying with the noise while we were there, but shouldn't be an issue for others now that it's finished. We would definitely stay here again when in the South Lake Tahoe area.

The location was just ideal,close to many restaurants and the main Blvd.
Coming back to the room after a day out was terrific. The shower was so great and the bed at night very very comfortable. I was able to get a good nights sleep for the next days adventure

The studio was exactly as advertised. It was comfortable with great little touches. The amenities were of great quality including a fantastic fireplace. It was more than sufficient for our 2nd Anniversary. We would certainly stay again. Thank you for having us.

The room was really beautiful and nice. I booked because it was walking distance to Heavenly Gondola so it was a pity that it was too windy and the Gondola site was closed so we had to drive to resort. However, the place itself was cozy and sweet. Loved the coffee and shower was nice!

Adorable and cozy room. Loved the fireplace, comfortable bed, tv viewing options. Really appreciated the modern finishes and clean appliances. I needed a freezer for breast milk and it froze everything perfectly. A few toothpaste splashes on the wall behind the bathroom sink and bit of food dried to a bowl but those are my only minor complaints.

We enjoyed our stay! Condo was very clean and well appointed. Bed was excellent! Really appreciated strong K-cup (generic compostable) coffee! Management was very responsive. I wish other dog owners would clean up after their dogs, or maybe that was bear poop!

We loved our brief stay. Our unit was exactly as the pictures showed and the bed needed pillows were so comfortable. My only regret was our stay was so brief. Our only dislike was we could hear the neighbors tv when we were trying to sleep so we were grateful for the white noise machine to help drown it out. But overall we loved it and would totally recommend it to others.

I will be back! Stayed a week in Unit 9 and could not have asked for a better place to be for my first time visiting Lake Tahoe. Located within walking distance from Heavenly Village, beach access (paid entrance), casinos (although that's not my thing), a brewery with live music, great outdoor seating area, and more. Room was beautifully renovated, cozy, and very functional. Complex is nice and quiet at night, however there was some louder construction noise during the weekdays that started around 9a. Not a problem for me though as I was up and about and enjoying the beautiful outdoors. Owners/renters provided detailed instructions on how to operate all electronics in the unit, which was much appreciated and very helpful.

Fantastic place to stay
Beautifully appointed, very comfortable but not a lot of privacy. Assigned parking and neighboring motels have ev charging stations. Very convenient location and reasonably quiet. I would def stay here again! Just need a privacy screen for the only window. Overall 10 out of 10.

This was a nice place to stay and was very clean. It is close to the beach and in walkable distance to a bunch of cute shops. This is a great option for those booking on a budget and it was nice being a studio room because it was cheaper than a hotel and we could use a microwave

Great Time
First, the bathroom had motion sensor lights, which I thought was great! It was about a 5 minute walk from the South Lake Tahoe resort/tourist area, which was good to not waste gas and have to pay for parking. My boyfriend and I walked everywhere for majority of the trip because of that. The bed is very comfy to my boyfriend, it feels like memory foam or something of that sort, for me, not so comfy as it messes with my joints and back, but for the majority of people, the bed would be great for you. We were able to cast our phones onto the TV which was nice without having to sign in. Our shoes tracked in a lot of dirt, but they had a shoe mat which made the dirt and sand less abundant in the room. Overall, would stay here again and perfect getaway.

The room was clean, as described and in an excellent location (within walking distance of casinos, restaurants, coffee shops). The only irritation was the electronic door lock. The screen froze several times when locking the door from the outside.

Would definitely come back
We loved the place and had an amazing time. I like the code based lock, but it is not very intuitive. Please provide a video explaining how to lock/unlock, text and pictures dont really do a great job explaining how it works. Parking needs a bit of reorganization

The accommodations in this chalet were impeccable!
The king bed and shower were luxurious; the property and so very close to the beach and everything stateline but not too close to hear traffic :-))

Adorable Airbnb
We absolutely loved this place for our trip out to South Lake Tahoe. It is clean, comfortable and in a perfect location for walking all around. Highly recommended!!!!

It would have been nice for a small table and chairs to site and enjoy a meal or coffee...there is a small 'desk', but two people cannot sit at it together. The room has a mini-split AC (Samsung) with a single condenser that supplies multiple rooms...it was not working. After being outdoors, we came back to a room that was 87-88 degrees and didn't cool down for multiple hours. Unclear why it was not serviced...this was the major shortcoming of the unit. In addition, mentioned this to the staff on site...was told that they would bring a fan, however one was never delivered.

Great Option to stay near the Lake
We now have stayed in two different units at 924 Poplar Ave and enjoyed our stay both times! The remodel of the units were done very well, are clean, good bedding and all the necessary essentials for the kitchenette! The only opportunity I would suggest that ownership considers is upgraded landscaping and a bit of curb appeal. While the BBQ pits were new and easy to utilize, there is not grass area and/or seating to enjoy the outdoor area or a meal. We look forward to our next visit and hope further enhancements are planned for the outdoor common areas. Thank you.

Has everything you need
This stay was very pleasant. Upon arrival everything was clean. The Air BnB is walking distance from everything! The Gondolas, Casinos, Shopping, and restaurants are just a block away. It has everything you may need fridge, microwave, utensils, etc. Only thing I could not figure out was the fire place, it kept going off through out the night but it did not bother me. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Thanks for a great location and cute small place to rest and recoup. VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. Loved the space and the TV was a great plus! Courtesy shampoo and body wash and other amenities were a nice touch!

Small and cozy
Everything was perfect except the ac wasnt working because if someone in the apartment complex had the heat on, the ac couldnt turn on :/. Other than that perfect place to stay. Clean, comfy, super close to heavenly shopping center.

Perfect Tahoe Getaway
Went to South Lake Tahoe for my birthday with my husband and English bulldog. Location was great, close to everything: restaurants (we loved Kalani’s and Base Camp Pizza), Raley’s, Casinos, lake front and not too far from Heavenly. The room itself was minimal and spacious. Comfy bed, outlets, kitchen ware and although there wasn’t any natural light, there was enough lighting needed. Parking wasn’t bad. Overall would stay here again!
