Had a great time ; used the pool. They could improve muddy entry to house. It’s difficult not to track mud in.

We, grandparents and two couples along with two, two year old granddaughters, had a wonderful time. We all came from Washington state to attend a family wedding. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for each of the three couples. The management were very gracious to provide a second crib. The pool was fun to use. There was a great movie room with a arcade style pack man game the couples had fun challenging each other. The kitchen was well stocked with a nice variety of spices. If we have another family event in Dallas we will definitely want to book this house again.

Pool not maintained well, balcony rail not stable, staircase rail not stable, most games missing pieces, sound in movie room has short, no hairdryers when first arrived, one was sent in 36 hours, master bedroom bed has box spring broken on one side, no dish towels or pool towels supplied, no propane to run grill, which was too dirty anyway, broken glass in kitchen glass, and the chairs stained and cave in when you sit in them, and not clean. That being stated, the home is beautifully remodeled, the kids loved it, but not worth the money. Asher did respond to us but not as supportive as I would have liked. He was even accusatory at one point, asking if we had more people than stated because we wanted more towels. We just washed the towels during the stay. The toilet in the master bath is gross around the bottom. This was our experience as honestly as I can state it.

Wonderful open floor plan on the first floor allowed for a relaxing pre-summer stay-cation in Dallas. The couch was extremely comfortable and the large windows allowed for the feel of being outdoors with out the bugs. It took us a while to figure out how to open the garage doors from the garage buttons, but once we figured it out no issues.

This is a beautiful home nestled in a lovely area with quick access to I30; but, still walking distance to the lake. Home backs up to a beautiful ravine with walking/running paths & has all the upgraded finishes. Our family was very comfortable here and all interactions with property manager were professional & very timely responses. I would recommend this home to friends and family in the future.
