The place was very convenient to Beaver Creek and Vail. 1 minute from interstate, and lots of restaurants nearby. Plenty of room for all of us.

This house is perfect for large groups. For starters it had the best living space very comfy sofa and everything felt clean. Gave off very homey vibes. The bedrooms were large enough with extra bedding if needed. The house had a nice balcony and backyard which were a plus. Overall would highly recommend for larger groups getting together. If we’re ever back will probably stay here again

Everything was really nice. Only complaint is that it was very difficult to use the TV. There were virtually no directions and difficult to know what service was provided

Generous layout for larger groups. Main bed was up 4-5 stairs away from kitchen noise and kid's rooms. Great location to hit Glenwood hot springs on a day off. Hovey & Harrison is nearby. Very quiet neighborhood.

Unit needs repairs and kitchen pans are flaking Teflon into food which is a health hazard. Daughter was bitten by spiders at night. This unit needs TLC before renting it out again. I wouldn’t stay there again.

5 close friends get together to celebrate a birthday and enjoy our craft. As we are knitters, we needed a space with large living room and comfy seating. This fit the bill pretty well however we really needed some better lighting and and additional comfy chair. We took all of our own food and the kitchen is well stocked with tools. The beds are new as well as the bedding and linens which was wonderful! In general, the place is dated, the cleanliness could be taken up a notch and the windows are in need of some attention, they don’t seat tightly and let a lot of cold air in, and the outlets need to be looked at. They didn’t always work when there were lots of things plugged in… but we enjoyed our time in Edwards.

The condo has great spaces and room sizes, though it is dated (carpet is stained and frayed but not horribly so). The deck and grills are nice and the neighbors are quite friendly (of course they are, they’re from Escanaba!). The kitchen is well appointed, and the dining area works really well.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The kitchen was well stocked, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. We also really loved the fenced in backyard for our Golden Retriever. He loved our stay too!

Fantastic!
Great location. Easy access to Edwards and Beaver Creek. Close to freeway and easy travel to Avon and Vail. Spacious warm home, great support from TurnKey, would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay.
The property had a great location in Edwards, close to the interstate and River Walk as well. We enjoyed the deck along with the view of the area. The backyard was perfect for our dog, which was very convenient. The home itself had a nice setup which made for and enjoyable stay. TurnKey Property Management was great to work with. I had a few questions and they responded to me in minutes with helpful information. The only suggestion I would make to improve the property would be to have the rugs cleaned. I would definitely stay there again if we travel back to the area.

Really enjoyed their condo in Edwards. The highlights are great outdoor space on deck and fenced yard. We used these areas a lot for BBQ, S’mores and working in the sunlight. More importantly, this is just steps from the eagle river and the path leading to downtown edwards, eagle preserve and the path to Avon. Also easy access to 70 for other excursions. The condo is very clean and well stocked. It could use a few updates, but the set up, space and large bedrooms are wonderful. We used the office space and having a 1/2 bath in addition to the 2 shower bathrooms was really helpful for our group. This place felt like home - kitchen is updated and easy to cook and serve your group. Fantastic for summertime for sure! We normally stay at the Westin villas in Avon in the winter, but this place is so much more comfortable and better

We loved staying here. The house was comfortable and beds were comfortable. Nice yard for our pet. Nice patio furniture to enjoy outside The kitchen was well stocked. The only complaint was there were several windows without screens, and when we forgot to close before dark, bugs would come into the house for the light I would rent this property again

Property is old dirty and dated. No workable TV in any three bedrooms. Two had no TV. The other had no viewable channels. Kids played in the back yard. Fireplace does not work. It was advertised that it did. Outside fire pit doesn't work. No ice maker, only half of the toaster worked. Thermostats didn't offer any confidence for warmth. Set them on high , still cold. The mold in master was bad. We cleaned, still bad. I consider this property and visit a waste of my money. And of course my families Christmas vacation had a big damper placed on it.

We really enjoyed this house for our stay in July. It was close to Beaver Creek and Vail. We loved it being a short walk to the trail (about 2 blocks). Edwards Riverwalk is right there and walkable. We loved being able to just walk over to the riverwalk and the river. Awesome location! The house was very spacious and well maintained. Even though the listing said ac - there is none in the house. It was fine because with the 3 levels the bottom floor rooms were cool at night and even got cold with the windows open. The neighborhood is cute and the neighbors are nice. The three yards (this property and the 2 townhouses next to them) are all connected with gates between them. This wasn’t an issue for us and the neighbors only came through a couple of times and it was unintrusive. The management was great. We had an issue with the code when we got there but a quick call got us in the house - then Taylor came the next day to figure out what was wrong with the code. They followed up and were great to work with. We will definitely come back to this house and to Turnkey.
