This VRBO was so filthy, cabinets and closets were crammed full with stuff just thrown in them. Said there was hot tub, there was not! Dog next door barked every time you walked out doors, plug ins pulled out of the wall, old food left on top of fridge, and Christmas decorations all over in February. The couches were very well worn and the beds were literally on a frame with very cheap end tables and lamps that didn't even work. Couldn't check in when said as house cleaning was still there. Was told to put trash in cans that were clear full when we got there. Back yard was a mess and grill was so dirty it caught fire every time you tried to use it! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS PROPERTY!

My family stayed in the home over Christmas. It truly is cozy as the name indicates. We were so comfortable from the large sectional that accommodated my entire family to the comfortable beds! The movie room in the basement was very neat unfortunately we didn’t have the time to enjoy it like we had hoped. The decor was perfect. And the Fur baby enjoyed it and wasn’t stressed like usual when we stay at a hotel. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Salina. I have already recommended this home to friends who will have family I town for an upcoming wedding. Also wished we could have sat in the back yard under the pergola - that would be so nice in better weather. Thank you to the owner Barbara for sharing this home with us!

Adorable place with many amenities, from theater downstairs, outdoor fireplace, pet friendly, but what struck us the most was all the Christmas decorations with tree lit up to welcome us! Thanks for a warm and welcoming place to relax and enjoy!

Great home, easy check in and check out. Had all the amenities we needed and the home was super clean. Comfortable beds and a great couch to take a nap on! We had a great stay and will definitely be back when we are in town again.

We traveled to Kansas to the Wild Bill Hickock Rodeo in Abilene on a mom/daughter trip. The house in Salina was perfect for our needs! Easy to access and great nearby businesses. The place was cozy and comfortable. The linens were fresh and comforting! Wish we could have stayed longer!!

We came back for the annual River Fest and to see family. This property was great! Centrally located to all, very clean, and comfortable with all the amenities! Our only complaint was it’s on a busy street and so we could hear cars all through the night. Other than the street, we enjoyed our stay! We would stay here again.

Nicely remodeled home. Very clean and comfortable. Across street from Salina Central High School. Five minutes to downtown. Ten to 12 minute easy drive to rest of town. Well stocked kitchen utensils. Great communication with owner. We booked short notice and was very responsive.

The house was very clean and comfy. We slept great on comfy beds! Kitchen was well enough equipped to prepare a thanksgiving meal for 5. The best part of the house was the outdoor living! We spent hours by the fire with bourbon, wine, and s’mores!

Very cute and nicely decorated home in a central location in Salina. House has an updated kitchen and bathroom and nice-quality furnishings throughout. Barbara was an excellent host with great communication. The backyard is large with a great fireplace and plenty of seating.

We enjoyed our time at this property, and it easily accommodated our group of both adults and children. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the backyard was great for keeping kids entertained (the swings were a BIG hit!). Barbara was great at answering all the various questions I had, and we would happily rent a property from her in the future.

We were pleased with this home. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was nice. Very clean. The house was close to the water park and other things to do. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a comfortable stay here! The pack n play fit perfectly in 2 of the 3 rooms with plenty of room to spare. Communication with the owner was quick and she was flexible with check in and with our last minute plan of having a dog with us. We would stay again!

Perfectly appointed house close to Kansas Wesleyan. Outdoor fireplace is a perfect place to gather. Pet friendly. Wonderfully decorated.

Great comfortable home. Backyard was a big hit with my kids. Kitchen is well appointed and fully stocked. We had our family of 6 there for a long weekend and would definitely stay there again.

The place is great and is very comfortable. Oour stay we encountered some things out of both the owners and our control, but communication was smooth and quick that there was no trouble at all. Other than that, its location is just 5 mins from mall and other attractions that helped us get food and other things to enjoy our time. Great place!

Great place in a convenient location!
This was a perfect house for us while we were visiting our daughter. The beds are comfortable, the living room and kitchen were great and we even built a fire in the outdoor fireplace! It also centrally located in Salina.

We really enjoyed staying at this little place for 4 days prior to Christmas while visiting family in Salina. It was accurately listed and everything was very nice. I will definitely use this property again in the future for family visits. A hidden Gem!
