It was a fun stay! We stayed in a cooked dinner one night which was fun. Some of the dishes had some old food stains on them but for the most part, the place was really clean and well stocked. Neighbors were a little loud during the day but respected quiet hours.

Great stay! Lots of steps to get to apartment but did not hinder our experience. Would recommend if looking for a small cozy place to stay downtown easily accessible

Nice and clean and the AC was on when I got there which was appreciated and thoughtful. Instructions were easy to follow to get the keys. There are quite a lot of stairs which was fine for me but I'd keep that in mind if you generally have issues with climbing stairs. I would definitely stay here again. Lots of attention to detail in room preparation.

Property was exactly as described, but so much more! There were things I forgot that were available for us to use at the property. It was a nice little home away from home. Would definitely recommend for a fun little place to stay because it’s close to downtown Omaha and the Zoo.

Great communication up to check in. No issue with host, just not a “quiet, nice neighborhood” as described. Walked in to loud music from unit one, walked upstairs to yelling from unit 2. Went into unit 3 and within moments of shutting the thin door decided it was not a secure place to spend the night with my husband and toddler. We ended up booking a hotel room. It looks nice, but very sketchy neighborhood and this was even in the daylight. If you’re a grown man just looking for a bed then may be ok. If there were quiet neighbors might have changed our minds but just didn’t feel safe or secure enough to spend the night with our little one. Book with caution.

Very quick trip so we were in late and out early, but it was everything we needed. Right in Omaha. Not a large apartment which is clear from the description. It was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our brief stay and would rent again.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, looked as advertised/pictured. Prompt communications with owner. Flight of stairs up from the street was a bit of a surprise, the sturdy railing was good to have. Wifi worked well.

Over all the stay was wonderful! You can tell that the owners have thought about the things someone/a family needs day to day, from spices and kitchen items to lots of hooks(I have stayed in places with no hooks… they matter!) and bathroom essentials. A/C units in the windows were a nice thing to have since our weather went from 60 to 80 to 40. The only note I will leave others who are looking to stay here is 1: the price is great! 2: there are several stares, our apartment was located on the second floor of a house that is up a hill, so you park and have to climb stares to get to the front door. Then another flight inside … We didn’t mind but thought it was worth mentioning.
Again we truly loved this place, its location is out of the chaos but close enough to be convenient. And you can’t beat the price!

This is a good stay for a short trip to Omaha! Close to lots of things and downtown. Clean and quiet while being in a neighborhood. Several steps so if you have sore knees, this might be a bit of a a challenge!

Very clean, very neat decor- no stone unturned! Any thing you could possibly need during your stay- he's thought everything through! If my only "need" that I didn't find was a straw, that says something! I normally care a dozen on me, but of course we didn't drive my car! So it's my fault :) Will definitely be back to go to the zoo when it's warmer!

Everything was exactly as stated and other than lots of stairs to get to the top, got to have an Omaha steak! It was very hot but the two window air conditioners running on high cool were able to keep up with it and even reduce the cooling power when the sun went down. Great place, would highly recommend, and stay there again when in Omaha✝️

Oh I just can’t find the right words, it was such a cozy little place to stay! And so close to everything, never had to travel more than 20 minutes. Really just the perfect place for two to have a bit of a holiday!

Quick Response, Friendly & Great Stay
While I didn't stay personally, those who did said the host was incredibly friendly and made sure they were comfortable. The host was quick to respond to me, which was wonderful since I was on a last-minute time crunch and couldn't have done it without them!

The whole apartment was stocked. You really could forget everything (besides clothes) and be fine. The owners were friendly, helpful and had clear instructions. We were there for a concert and enjoyed the vacation rental over a hotel. This was our 1st time to Omaha and after being there for 2 days the apartment was definitely in a nicer area than most of what we saw. We felt safe and comfortable. Thank you!
