The home was very clean and had all the necessities that you desire when traveling (fully stocked kitchen, dish soap, laundry soap, trash bags). The beds were very comfy and the home had plenty of space. The location was really relaxing and we enjoyed watching the boating activities on the bay from the deck. We have family in the area and we won't hesitate to book this home again.

Our family had a great time. It was all made possible by the attention to detail by Michael and his team. We have the habit of packing everything we need, we were pleasantly surprised that everything was already provided from dishes to paper towels. A home away from home, the kids said this was their best vacation ever! Not to forget our adorable pet rabbit! She has a good time as well

We had a wonderful weekend! The property was exactly as described and in a non-touristy area. We enjoyed dining at the local restaurants. Very friendly little community!

We picked this house because we wanted a little slice of heaven getaway with our closest friends/family to enjoy our wedding. We got married on the little beach just down from the house and everything was just beautiful. 100% would rent this home again. Absolutely beautiful views from the balcony and just a beautiful house 😳

This property was exactly like it shows on website. Clean and stocked for your stay no need to bring anything other than food and clothes. Some pics of some location, on websites may not have updated pics. and to your surprise when you get there it’s not even close.
We thoroughly enjoyed the mini vac.
Management was in communication with us anytime needed. Will be returning in near future.

I traveled to Texas because of a funeral. Being down in San Leon brought back so many memories of spending summers down there. The owner was very understanding about bringing my dog and the neighbors were great too. I will definitely recommend staying here with the beautiful view and many sleeping options.

Michael was excellent to work with and very accommodating. He is very personable and goes the extra mile to make sure that everything is going very smoothly. The home is actually better looking in person than in the pics and that is rare. Very nice place and would definitely stay again! Thanks Mike!

Beautiful well maintained property. Took our dog with us and he enjoyed running in the huge front yard. Having coffee on the balcony overlooking the water was a bonus. Everything was clean and accessible. So spacious for a family of 4. Owner was available at any time to answer questions.

The lock on the front gate was tricky especially because we arrived after dark, but Mike answered my call promptly. He said the lock was being replaced the following week with an easier use model. The house and property was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We did not use the downstairs bedroom/bath/rec room. The view from the balcony was very nice. Everything in the living areas worked fine. The neighborhood was quiet, an average middle income street. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We had no issues other than the mosquitos at the gate!

Blinds in master bedroom were broken and could not close to keep out early morning sunrise. Advertised at three bedrooms, but only but only two in Main house. Small futon with some games . No inside access from first floor to second floor.

It fit us well. Balcony overlooking the Bay was a real plus. Basketball goal was great for my daughter. I will definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

Great getaway for our family while in between homes. The balcony has awesome breeze and views of ships passing in the bay. Bedrooms were perfect for our son and daughter with Roku TV’s. We loved having the fenced in yard for our dog and vehicles. Home is supplied with everything you could possibly need.

Great place, Very clean, Calm and quiet neighborhood and if that doesn’t convince you then it’s not far from Kemah Boardwalk and Galveston island also really great communication with the host.

HIDDEN GEM
THIS HOUSE IS A HIDDEN GEM. MICHAEL WAS AN AWESOME HOST. HE ANSWERED ALL ARE QUESTIONS EVEN WHEN WE TEXTED HIM AT 9:00 PM FOR SOME FISHING SPOTS. THE HOUSE WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. THE BEDS WHERE GREAT, A/C WORKED GREAT, LOVED THE BALCONY. THE HOUSE IS IN A RUAL AREA WHICH WE LOVED. IT IS VERY SHORT DRIVE TO THE BEACH OR KEMAH BOARDWALK.. A MUST STAY. WE WILL BE BACK.

Relaxing Get Away
We really enjoyed our stay here. As described other places, there are two somewhat separate living spaces, which is worth pointing out. We liked having separate space downstairs & close to outdoors and upstairs. Communication with the host was great. The small beach nearby was nice. My only complaint is that the air conditioning was turned completely off before our arrival. It took quite some time to get it to a comfortable level on a hot summer day.

We really enjoyed the property. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Even in the summer heat the balcony and porch had a cool breeze. Enjoyed our family get together. We spent most of the time on the patio.

Family Friendly Vacay Stay
Plenty of room with 2 teenagers and the property was perfect for our pet with the fenced in yard! We had a pleasant stay with all the great local food and the sea breezes were just what we were looking for. Galveston was a quick trip down the road. We had a really good time. The place was clean and really comfortable. I tried to pack everything I needed for the trip in order to eat in the whole time and wouldn't you know it, I forgot my waffle iron. There was one there so the day was saved. Had a great time and I would definitely recommend it.

This home had a lot of space combined. The porch outside was great to sit on in the mornings and visit with family. The yard was fenced and allowed the kids to play safe. There were several activities within a 20-30 min drive. Also liked that there was plenty of supplies - towels,blankets, and cooking items.

Excellent stay in Sunny San Leon
Great view, easy access, well maintained, super clean, awesome host. I can’t thank Michael enough for his prompt responses, friendly attitude , just an all around pleasant guy. Enjoyed all the local places. Pier 6 and Gilhooleys are a must and just minutes away. See ya next time, Michael.
