Stayed at Flamingo first week of May. We have been doing golf trips for 25 years and this is one of best places we have ever stayed. The place is super clean and has tons of room with everything you could possibly need. The location could have not been better. Check was easy and the property manager was great checking to make sure everything was perfect….

The house was beautiful and the kitchen was fully equipped. The property manager was quick to respond when we needed help with the pool heater.

We come to the North Forest Beach area of Hilton Head every year but this was our first time staying at 15 Flamingo. It exceeded our expectations and was even more beautiful in person than photos! The kitchen was well stocked, the house was spotless on arrival, and all the bedrooms were comfortable and well appointed. The games in the garage/basement were an unexpected perk! We love 15 Flamingo and would love to stay here again!

We stayed a week with 4 kids and 6 adults. Property and location is fantastic. The house was very well stocked with everything you need from beach chairs to cooking utensils. The kids enjoyed the corn hole and ping pong table when the weather was chilly. The house is just steps from the ocean. We have zero complaints and would love to stay here again!

The house was absolutely beautiful with every amenity you might need. Communication with the owner and the property manager was excellent. The location was perfect- close to the beach and close to Coligny. Best place we have stayed on HHI.

Wow, this rental will always be a special memory. My 70th bday with 8 adults and 10 grandchildren age 15 months-9 yrs old, this was a perfect property. Our vacation was flawless. Can’t convey how awesome, the house and manager make your stay so easy. Lots of space &amenities to make such a positive/ wonderful vacation. This house and beach will always make us smile!!!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. It had everything our family needed and more! The kids loved the bunk beds and the activities in the garage. We paid to heat the pool and it was the perfect temperature all week (we had very cool weather so glad we paid for heat). The proximity to the beach and Coligny was excellent. Rena, the property manager, was very attentive to our needs and lovely to deal with. Steve responded to all of my questions in a timely manner and made the booking process simple and easy. We would gladly stay at this property again!

The house was awesome! It was more than enough to accommodate my 7 friends and I. It sits in a perfect location too!

We loved our stay in December at 15 Flamingo. The house was very clean, everything worked and communication from the property manager was outstanding. The layout is great for a big group like we had, with multiple places to sit and hang out doing different things, but all in one large room so you can be together. We really appreciated how well stocked the house was with plates, silverware, cooking pots and pans etc. You are very close to the beach and a short walk to Coligny, but at the same time it feels very quiet. Bedrooms are all very comfortable and well laid out. Would highly recommend to anyone!

This was our third year at the property. We keep coming back because it is perfect for our needs. Excellent space, close to beach, restaurants, parks. Property manager is easy to contact and always on the ball. Everyone is looking forward to next year already.

We had a wonderful stay at 15 Flamingo. Everything about our experience was top-notch. Here are some of the highlights: * The neighborhood is beautiful and located a short walk from the beach and the Coligny shopping and dining area. * The house itself is beautiful and clean. * Our group greatly enjoyed the outdoor area with the pool, hot tub, television, and dining table. * The kitchen is nice, and the huge kitchen table was great for meals. * The living rooms on the first floor and second floor are comfortable and great. * The bedrooms and bathrooms were wonderful. * The Muir family & Rena (the property manager) were communicative, friendly, and extremely helpful. This property is easily a five-star. We hope to return!

This property is just as advertised... or better. The photos are lovely, but do not quite do it justice. It is a lovely, large home, situated on the third tier off the beachfront in a quiet neighborhood. It is close (I can walk it) to the local shopping center that includes everything you could need to make do while renting, as well as all the sundry shops that help make tourists happy. Rena, the property manager, came and met us when we arrived and gave us the rundown on the home. She is very professional, helpful and seemed genuinely interested in us having fun while we were there with our family. While we were there, a small problem with the pool occurred. After I notified Rena about it, she promptly called the pool maintenance folks, who came within a couple of hours. In the meantime, she advised us what action to take until she could arrive to assess the situation herself. We were afforded all the amenities that are mentioned in the write up. We found beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs and even a boogie-board, among other fun things in the storage room. We brought our adult children and their respective families, which makes 9 of us including our 6-year-old grandson (who had never seen the ocean). We had a delightful time! Everyone had room to either socialize together or to retire to their own rooms and rest. One of the best family vacations we have had together, in one of the loveliest venues. I would have stayed on another week, if it had been possible. Best wishes to you on your travels!

Our family of 13 rented the home and it exceeded our expectations. Accommodations were excellent, screened in porch was great for grandchildren, just a few steps from beach access. Property manager was very responsive to questions and very professional! Would differently stay at this location again!

We loved this house. We had two families with children and my mother in law. We had plenty of space. The pool was just big enough. We loved the garage fridge and ice maker. The garage was well stocked with chairs and beach toys. We used the bags set. The 1st level living space was nice and open with lots of sitting space and two big tables. Beds were comfortable and house was clean. The house came with 4 adult bikes which we used a lot. The best part about the place is the proximity to the beach and close walk to Coligny.
