This was truly a home away from home. Everything we needed was here, a full size refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, full size kitchen sink and bathroom! I was worried about the heat Chico is known for but the living and bedroom areas were both very cool and comfortable. I definitely recommend this perfect rental.

Very nice property, easy access to downtown and anywhere else you want to go. Nice garden. Really enjoyed my stay. Constructive feedback:4 lids that do not fit any of the pots are useless. A frying pan would be good A drying rack for dishes please. Also .more silverware

My wife and I stayed here while dropping our daughter off for her first year at Chico State. It's a perfect little place for two people. Clean and convenient. I would stay here again.
