Everything was great about this rental. The location was awesome and the house had plenty of kitchen tools to use. Enjoyed the beach chairs and toys that were stored to use so we didn’t have to bring a lot with us.

This property was truly delightful. Its location was superb, offering convenience and accessibility to nearby attractions. The house itself was equipped with all the necessary accommodations, making it a comfortable and convenient stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Moreover, the property owners were exceptionally responsive and professional, making communication effortless. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at the pumpkin house. It is well organized with everything in it’s place and where you expect it. Great for a large family vacation. It is right on the beach and has plenty of room for entertaining.

Our group loved the pumpkin house. The location was perfect very short walk to the beach. We spent a lot of time down stairs at the picnic table cooking and hanging out. The breeze from the ocean was amazing and made being outside very nice in 95+ degree weather.

Fresh, clean, and quaint! We enjoyed our stay and the house had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials for cooking. Pioneer woman utensils. We were very thankful for the "magic filtered water" from the fridge. I liked the outside shower head at foot level for sandy feet. Francisco is very attentive and professional. Thank you!

My husband and I had great family time with our daughters, their husbands and grand kids! The Pumpkin House was perfect for bringing the little ones as they loved the short walk to the beach, the outdoor shower and bunk beds! The amenities was spot on for the our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It has absolutely everything you need to for a comfortable stay, plus some items for the beach. We had forgotten our beach chairs, but they had a tub of chairs available! Very short walk to the beach made it easy to go back and forth to our room with kids. There was a gorgeous view from the balconies as well. Plenty of room for 2 families with kids. We would love to stay here again.

Check in was easy and host was responsive. Loved the view of the water. Got to catch a beautiful sunset on the front deck right over the lake. The beach is so close we were able to use the provided beach chairs and hang out and could go back to the house for snacks and restroom breaks easily. Kitchen was well stocked and since we forgot shampoo and conditioner the toiletries were appreciated. Came with all adults this time but definitely want to come back with my nieces and nephew soon.

I can tell you even on vacation I like the modern conveniences that you have when you're home.. The house was not only beautiful and comfortable, it had so many things that you would normally have to bring on vacation. Coffee, tea's, sugar, spices etc.
It was definitely in walking distance to the beach and very convenient to local stores and restaurants.
The family loved the decor and all the wonderful thoughtful touches that went in to this extraordinary beach house!

Staying at the Pumpkin House was a wonderful experience. The house was beautifully decorated, comfortable and well thought out in providing everything a guest might need while staying there. It was close to the beach and the hosts were very thoughtful and accommodating. We would stay there again and would recommend to others.

The home reminded me of being in a model home, & is decorated with beautiful colors & has everything you need for a comfortable vacation.
We love Surfside beach because it’s a very quiet town, we’ll definitely be coming back.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at the Pumpkin House! The walking distance to the beach made the trip with kids so much easier. The outdoor deck was used a lot! It was a great space. The house itself was very accommodating and big enough for all of us. We loved all the beach decor. Our family would stay here again.

Perfect house for a beach getaway!!
We stayed 3 nights at the Pumpkin House and loved every minute!! The house was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely book again next year!

Beautiful Home
Had a great stay at Pumpkin House. We had a group of 5 plus our dog and there was more than enough room for everyone. House was spotless and well equipped. The beach was very close which was perfect. The owners were far more communicative than any others I’ve ever had. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Gem in Surfside
This house has so much charm and is super close to the beach. We were delighted that this second row house still had views of the beach and a short walk over to the beach. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating. We enjoyed dining outside and inside. The top patio was fun to sit on and watch the tide roll in. The host was quick to communicate through the whole process. Check in was keyless and check out was very easy- not a long list of chores :) Our family of 8 will be back.

This was an excellent property for a peacefully beach getaway. We are an older retired couple, and our adult daughter joined us for some time at the beach. We also brought our small dog. Accommodatations we’re comfortable and clean. We unknowingly caused a small problem with the hot water temps, but a quick response from the host allowed for a very speedy and easy solution. (FYI: The outdoor shower needs to have the valves fully closed or the interior hot water is affected. A info sign may be there by now .)
All in all, this is a great rental, just steps from an quiet and uncrowded beach. Hard to beat!

Wonderful Stay
We enjoyed Pumkin House. The location is perfect for ocean views, the house is clean and has everything you need including a fully stocked kitchen, towels, complimentary body wash and lotion, and coffee. Every room has a tv and the couch is big enough for everyone to sit and enjoy a movie. Pumpkin House is highly recommended.

We loved the large table for eating meals and the large couch for watching movies together. Kitchen was fully stocked. The location is perfect. The walkway to the beach is just steps from the house. The beach wasn’t crowded and was very clean. We also enjoyed Culture Coffee that is very close to the house and Surfin Rita daiquiris to-go which is also very close. The owners are very responsive and provided many extra perks that I haven’t had in previous rentals. They had folding chairs, beach towels, beach toys and even a wagon to transport everything. We will definitely be back!

Clean comfortable and close!
This place is convenient to walk to the beach. I was a bit concerned because it's not first row but it was super close. Everything in the house looks new and fresh. Very clean. Very comfortable. I hope to be able to stay there again.

Fantastic! A perfect beach haven!
Pumpkin House was hands down the perfect Surfside Beach home for a relaxing getaway! Extremely clean, equipped with everything you need to prepare meals… including a lovely selection of spices, oils, teas, coffee, and more. (I could have left so much at home!) Furnishings and decor were wonderfully coastal comfy… and the location to the beach was so convenient! I enjoyed being just a few steps from the ocean… and could listen to the waves from the deck! Communication with the owners was exceptional… and being pet friendly was great! My pup enjoyed lounging on the deck and walks in the beach. I would highly recommend this home and will absolutely return! Thank you Francisco and Rachael for caring that your guests have the best stay ever!
