Reviewer Comments:
Our family of 8 ( 1 toddler) thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation in this beautiful home with great views! There was plenty of space for us to relax inside and out. The deck is huge and very quiet backing up to a pine forest. We even saw moose 3 times. The kitchen had loads of pots and pans, dishes, glassware and wine glasses. We enjoyed the hot tub every day. The home was close to our favorite hike and just a short drive to town. We’d definitely rent this place again!

Reviewer Comments:
The house layout is great for a sizeable family with kids. However, there were a number of maintenance issues upon check-in. The hot tub didn't work, the icemaker in the fridge didn't work, the stove and mainroom fireplace both had issues with staying on, the grill hadn't been maintained/cleaned. The beds/pillows were also of marginal quality. Paragon sent maintenance quickly, but that meant we had to vacate the house for 1/2 a day and weren't compensated. Even after maintenance, the fridge icemaker didn't work (was replaced with a bag of ice in the freezer) and the grill and mainroom fireplace were spotty. The staff offered an apology for the issues, but no compensation even though we were forced out of the house for 6 hours. So it's a nice house, but disappointing that the quality control before check-in wasn't better. On the plus side, the shuttle is extremely valuable to avoid having to deal with parking for skiing. It is very timely and the staff is very friendly. Anne as the primary contact for the house was very friendly and responsive as well with check-in / check-out procedures and general questions.
