We came up for Gardens Aglow at the botanical garden-conveniently right across the street! Spent some time in beautiful
Boothbay and lucky enough to catch the lit up firetuck holiday parade! The home is beautifully decorated-with so many areas to spread out. We loved playing ping pong, pool, playing games in the dining room, having morning coffee by the fireplace, and just enjoying the warmth of this beautiful property. We will definitely be back in the warmer weather to enjoy the deck, gardens and porch!

We had a great time with our adult kids. The layout of the house gave us plenty of room and bathrooms. The beds were comfotable. We loved the kitchen family room with a gas fireplace and area to connect and hang out while eating and playing cards. The game room was a perfect place to gather and play pool, foosball and ping pong. Loved the outside, we had a fire one night, it was great to gather and look at the stars on a crisp cold night. We found hiking trails close by. Unfotunately, Boothbay shops were closed forthe week as they are getting ready for Christmas. I guess we will nerd to head back!

Had a fantastic time in this lovely, well maintained home with room for lots of family. Off the beaten path but conveniently close to town. Would definitely consider coming again.

We had a wonderful time at this home. The bedroom situation was perfect for us - owners suite, two bedrooms next to each of for the family with young kids and a downstairs bedroom for a single with a dog. There was so much room to spread out for different activities. Private location with Knickerbocker Lake access with a dock. We stayed during a heat wave and we were very comfortable. The screened porch was a favorite place for the adults. Everyone wants to go back again next year.

This house was great for our annual family trip of 5 people. Beds were comfy and there’s a really large shower in the master bathroom. There is practically a whole other house downstairs which would be perfect for kids. Kitchen had everything we needed. Overall a great stay.

The house itself and location were beautiful and perfect for our group of 7 adults! The open kitchen and screen porch were our favorite spots, with gorgeous views of the changing fall leaves. It was a quick drive downtown where we spent most of the day and we had a lovely walk around the quiet back roads.

Loved the location out in the woods by the lake and enjoyed seeing deer and turkeys wandering in the yard. The house was very clean and spacious, and a perfect spot for a group get together. Convenient to grocery stores and Boothbay Harbor. Property managers were very responsive to questions.

Attractive home on a sucluded lot. We had 4 couples on our visit and were very comfortable. We enjoy cooking and felt the kitchen could have more like a good sized lobster pot it is Maine after all.

The house was in a great location, very private and close to town. It accommodated our group of 4 couples very well. It was very nicely furnished and comfortable. We stayed in the bedroom on the lower level where the bathroom had a pump out system, which was a learning experience which included alarms and reset buttons, but not a problem once understood. The kitchen could have included more pots and pans (like a lobster pot), so cooking was not ideal - however, there was enough silverware and dishes/glasses. All in all, we liked it and would return.

The house was large with plenty of room for 6 guests. We loved the screened in porch for our morning talks! Owners suite has a king bed and a gorgeous shower!

The house was absolutely gorgeous, clean and spacious. Our family had a wonderful time! My only bugaboo was that we wanted to use the firepit in the backyard, but the area was rusty and a little overgrown with weeds, so we didn’t feel comfortable using that amenity.

We honestly loved everything about it. The beautiful and comfortable, interesting furniture, great books. Very big home and didn't feel crowded. I could keep going on and on about how much we loved it just want to end its a great place to disconnect from the world.

overall very good property, plenty of room, very clean. Minor complaint was not being able to use the closet in the master bedroom, we had to hang our clothes in the closet by the front door. Biggest issue was the odor from the downstairs bathroom. First noticed it Sunday evening. The red light was flashing on the toilet pump. We text the property management company and they responded quickly and sent a plumber that afternoon. When the plumber came, the pump was working and the odor went away that night, but the odor returned the next day and remained for the remainder of our stay. So we did not use the downstairs bathroom or bedroom. We felt bad that the owner had the plumber come out and it was working but the pump needs to be fully inspected. Other than this everything about the house was very good and they did everything they could at the time to correct the issue.

Our large extended family have been visiting / renting homes in the Boothbay area for many years now for periodic get togethers and this rental is by far our favorite. The location is private yet has quick access to local areas of interest. The lay out of this home is well planned, from the large well equipped kitchen and open concept living room/ dinning room to the spacious comfortable bedrooms on the main floor to the huge family room walk out downstairs. There is ample parking both in the driveway and 2 car garage. The home is clean and bright and appliances are all up to date. It even allows for a family dog to stay (for a fee). Our family is looking forward to sharing this space again in the future.

From start to finish our experience with Turnkey and the house was exceptional. The instructions for starting and ending were clear and easy. The 24 hour customer service was prompt and professional. The house was exceptionally clean. Small issues were resolved quickly with on sight supplies and customer service. The main living areas were large and open, well furnished, clear instructions for each amenity, and comfortably designed. Kitchen was well laid out and well equipped. I have rented many houses for extended vacations and this house was the top of the line in every respect. I hope we will have another opportunity to rent this house again next summer. The peace and serenity of the outdoor spaces and the garden made this wedding weekend relaxed and stress free.

We have been getting away for a girls weekend for over twenty years. This was one of our favorite homes. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and had a great layout. We loved having breakfast on the deck as well as a glass of wine in the afternoon. The dining and living areas were comfortable for chatting and playing games. The bedrooms were comfortable and plenty of room for the 6 of us. We would love to come back and definitely recommend this home.

The vacation rental was very clean, spacious, and a great space to be able to spread out and relax. The furniture was comfortable and the house was decorated really nice. It is in a great location and easy to get around town from. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. There were some problems with spiders and ticks in the house. It would help to have the light switches labeled in the house. There are a lot of them. But overall, it was a great stay!
