The condo could not have been better. Sitting on the third/top floor the views were spectacular - direct to beach front. The staff and owners were incredibly helpful and patient with my queries. Highly recommend!! Not a lot of restaurants to walk to. But everything is a short drive or taxi away. Each restaurant “somewhere” is super to have on site! Wish it stayed open later.

Great stay. So clean and has everything you need. Bed is very comfy. All of the basic amenities. 1-2 min walk to the beach. Beach was never overcrowded. Always a chair and towel waiting for us. There are two great sets of snorkel gear that comes with the condo. Highly snorkeling the reef right off the beach. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay immensely at this condo with impeccable styling and a lovely terrace and fantastic shower. Only negative is that we thought the Somewhere Cafe was overpriced- and had loud music with a DJ one afternoon in the weekend. We are very quiet types-prefer to hear the surf and not drink on the beach. Otherwise it was fantastic and would stay again!

Look no further! This is the spot! We had an absolutely perfect time here at Leigh’s apartment in Coral Gardens. The location is perfect. A quiet, gorgeous stretch of Grace Bay, close enough to other hotels and restaurants, but secluded enough to feel like you can truly zone out and relax. Also, the reef out front is the best snorkeling in Provo and my family loved circling it for hours. The view is stunnnnning! The condo itself is spotless and very chic and well decorated. You’ll have everything you need. The layout is great and we all had plenty of space to stretch out. The staff in the office and the beach are lovely and very helpful. My kids adored getting smoothies at the somewhere cafe several times a day. Communication with the host was highly enjoyable and informative! Please stay here! You will not regret it!

This is the perfect condo in the perfect location. The on-site restaurant is delicious. The snorkeling just outside the condo is awesome. Lots of fish and coral to see. The condo is very clean and supplied with all you need for your stay. The owner was always helpful with questions I had and the office staff was so helpful. They helped us coordinate a car rental and made everything so easy. We can’t wait to visit Coral Gardens again.

We have the most amazing experience at Leigh’s property! We could not believe the location, the cleanliness, the communication, and overall paradise she’s curated. We will definitely be returning and suggesting the property to all of our friends and family.

Perfect little condo and place to stay if you want to be right on Grace Bay and steps away from great snorkeling. Communication with property manager and staff made this trip very smooth and stress free. On site restaurant was very good, right on the beach and live music on certain nights. There is an open lot right next door and plans for construction but it had not started yet during our visit. Highly recommend checking out this place. The one bedroom two bathroom top floor condo makes for great water views. Please note there are no elevators so prepare to carry your luggage up the stairs...well worth it!

The condo was amazingly appointed and included pretty much everything you will need. Decor is updated and stylish and the view was spectacular.

The location was perfect . The property was completely remodeled and felt like new. We loved it. Hope to come again next year.

Condo was directly facing Grace Bay beach…..with the Bight Reef right out in front. Pool and ocean steps away and gorgeous! Nice sized deck and entire unit provided ample space. We alternated cooking in and dining out - kitchen has everything we needed …as did the whole condo for that matter. Unexpected bonus was the every other day maid service! The office personnel were helpful and friendly and our condo host was very responsive to questions Having Somewhere Cafe on site is a great convenience when you don’t feel like walking, driving , or taking taxi. We didn’t have a car. We could walk to many beachfront restaurants but chose to take taxi home from the further ones. We rented bikes to see the center of town and explore Turtle Cove and the Leeward side of the island and get some exercise. All in all, highly recommended!

The house was just as advertised very clean had everything you needed for your stay. Great location great communication with owner always answered our questions in a very timely manner and was checking with us on to make sure we had everything we needed and everything was going ok would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Coral Gardens, and specifically in this condo. The property is on Grace Bay. They offer beach towels and beach chair service. There are also two swimming pools. The staff there was very polite and helpful to get us set up every morning. Also the snorkeling here is great!! Also, we loved having lunch and drinks at Somewhere. It’s super convenient and we could always get a table. The condo is very lovely!! It was recently completely remodeled, and all the furnishings are beach chic yet comfortable. The kitchen is very thoughtfully stocked. The master bedroom’s king bed is very comfortable. The sleeper sofa was great for our kids. Last, but not least, Leigh is the best host! She immediately reached out to me upon booking, and quickly answered every question I had prior to the trip and during the trip. I highly recommend the property and this condo to anyone visiting TIC!!!

Beautiful setting ,gorgeous decor,AMAZING view,so comfortable. My niece and I on our first trip to the island loved the location. We enjoyed snorkeling and swimming as well as sunbathing on the front beach. The condo had everything we needed to cook in if we wanted. The grocery was nearby. We felt safe and cared for. The staff was super helpful and friendly. We rented a car and did some exploring to a few other beaches ,went paddleboarding and ate out a few times. It was great to have the option of the restaurant on the property. We hated to leave and hope to return as soon as we can .Thank you sooooo very much. Nancy and Shannon

Everything in the condo was beautiful. The condo was brand new and styled so nice. The property owner, Leigh was AMAZING.

This was our 6th trip to Provo. The condo was clean and comfortable. The bed was fabulous. It is one of the few times we have returned home without a back ache! Location was central. The snorkeling was great with the reef right in front of the beach! Plenty of activity to watch while enjoying the peaceful beach. Will definately return!

We absolutely loved this place. It was very comfortable and convenient to everything. Leigh was very responsive and even helped us with a driver when we needed it. She even gave us restaurant recommendations and responded to all of our questions! Loved the beach chairs, umbrellas and towels at our disposal. The local property workers were super nice and very helpful!! Fully equipped kitchen and all the items needed to make our stay enjoyable! ! We felt super safe at the condo and everywhere we went. Leigh went above and beyond for us!! . Highly recommend this place!

I booked this trip for a short getaway with my two adult daughters and it by far exceeded our expectations! The condo was great. I am a stickler on cleanliness and in past properties I have had to rewash things that just didn't feel clean. I did not have to lift a finger here. Great linens, kitchen was well stocked, the view was incredible. The whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. My girls shared the king bed and I got the couch. It was a great pullout couch. My husband did not get to go with but we will be returning! Book this place, you will not be disappointed! Only one small negative...it is on the 3rd floor so if steps are not your thing, this may not work out well. We did not mind. Loved Turks and Caicos and our condo!

The online details and pics are spot on. Property was tastefully decorated and well appointed. We enjoyed the easy accessibility to the beach and local restaurant scene. We chose Coral Gardens because its beach is the closest to the snorkeling site that many of the resorts of Grace Bay recommend to their guests. I bring my children, 8 and 11, to the Caribbean to be in the ocean, and this set up lets me do that with ease. 20 steps into the water, there is a level of snorkeling that often requires a boat excursion or serious hike to achieve in the Caribbean. Our room was so close to the water that the kids could run an easy circuit: snorkel, then jump in the pool, then lunch at the restaurant, then back up to the room for a break, then back down to the ocean. I love the ease of a small resort, and this particular unit is recently renovated, luxe, and beautiful, with so much more space than a more expensive room at larger resorts we considered. Staff are friendly.The café is consistent beach fare. No one has to go down early to the beach or pool to reserve an umbrella and chairs. The run back for the thing you forgot in the room is quick and makes you realize you don’t need to pack that big heavy bag to go to the beach. I want my children to see as many of the Caribbean islands as Possible, so we may not be back to Turks and Caicos for a long time, but if we are, it will be at Coral Gardens and in this beautiful room.

My wife and I traveled to celebrate our anniversary. Our desire was a combination of relaxation and option of some things to do. We were not at all disappointed. The photos of the unit accurately depict the property, and the unit itself was outstanding. The complex has a great setup of beach umbrellas, chairs and provides daily beach towels. The beachfront view is outstanding, and a big reason we chose this condo. As far as location, it was perfect for what we wanted, away from resort row and not overpopulated. We simply used taxi service to get around as needed, very easy. A HUGE bonus, some of the best snorkeling is right off the beach in front of the complex. We took snorkel gear, but it is available to rent on the beach. Overall, we highly recommend this condo and Leigh is great at communicating, checking in and answering questions. Simply stated, we had a fantastic stay.

We loved our stay at this waterfront condo! Everything was comfy, clean and fresh. Leigh was wonderful in helping us with all of our accommodations and was very assessable when needed. We want to come back! This is such an amazing location on Grace Bay Beach.

The condo was right on the beach at one of the island best snorkeling reefs - location, location location Very clean and the staff was very helpful Rent a car and see all the sights !!!

This property is in an ideal location, just steps to the beach with great snorkeling right from the sand. It was not crowded or noisy, and there was always an available lounge chair. Having a restaurant and bar right on the beach was convenient. Great drinks, mediocre food. The condo was clean, very comfortable and spacious. I actually slept on the pull-out couch and it was very comfortable. The patio is beautiful. The photos on this site are very accurate. A/C and ceiling fans kept the rooms very comfortable. The resort provides chairs and towels, but no other beach supplies or activities. We brought our own snorkeling supplies, so it was fine. Bring plenty of cash for taxis if you do not rent a car. I would highly recommend this property for anyone who is looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

The condo was clean, very cute and in a great location. Recently renovated, the decor was beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer! The staff at the Coral Gardens was always pleasant and courteous. We ate at the on-site restaurant (Somewhere Cafe) several times! Will stay here again!

This one-bedroom third-floor condo is totally renovated and updated and beautifully decorated. It has the feel of a luxury hotel, but with much more space, a bedroom elevated from the living area by a few steps and with a separate door, and the convenience of a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and 2 bathrooms. The view is stunning and the weather permitted us to fold back the sliding doors to bring the outdoors in and really take in the incredible view and sea breezes most days. The beach in front of Coral Gardens is spectacular with great snorkeling, and there is a lovely beach bar and restaurant called Somewhere that is very convenient for meals and drinks. Grace bay is a little quieter down at this end and we appreciated that. The office staff ( Scott and Besma) are very nice and helpful, and the beach staff ( Jerome and Mose ) are as well. Everyone is cheerful and pleasant. Leigh, the owner checked in throughout our stay and was very good at responding if any questions. The unit has a keypad lock which we found to be really convenient in that we didn't have to worry about carrying around a key. We had a great vacation and hope to return again soon.
