Great property. It is very spacious - we had a family of four downstairs, grandparents on the main floor and another family of four with teens upstairs. Easy access, good communications and instructions, wonderful amenities and extras. Beds and linens were plentiful and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We have been coming to Harbor Springs for a fall color tour for the past several years and always looking for accommodations that best fits our group of 45-55 year olds. This house fit our needs perfectly. We take long walks as well as long drives so this location was nicely located. The kitchen was very well stocked compared to others that are stocked with a mish-mash of thrift store finds. The open floor plan worked well for our group to visit with each other and the large tv in the basement made it fun to watch Michigan clobber State. We would be happy to return to this house.

This house is perfect for a group. We were here three nights, and we loved it! Location was ideal. Easy driving distance to Mackinac Island. Furnishing were top of the line. The downstairs for air hockey and ping pong made staying in lots of fun. Seating for meals and socializing suited our group to a T. Our hosts were very responsive. We really could not have asked for a better place for our family reunion.

This place was perfect for us 8 siblings/spouses group. The neighborhood was quiet. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed for the meals we made. Just perfect!

We had a great time at this house. It is roughly a 10 minute walk to the beach and downtown area. The backyard was fantastic. We had young children that were able to run and play. There was enough room for both our families and we didn’t feel cramped. The basement space made for a fun movie night for the kids. Highly recommend.

The property was a beautiful location … walking distance to down town Harbor Springs , backyard was spacious . Market just few blocks away !!! Very clean !! The inside was great , large enough for the 12 of us to sit together , the basement was great and spacious . The kids and adults loved the air hockey. The kitchen had just about everything you’d need!! Thank goodness for the beach towels, toys and chairs( which we forgot to bring!) Thanks for all the directions … the only thing was we couldn’t lower thermostat for the air conditioning , it was a bit chilly in house especially at night and morning???!!! The second refrigerator in garage was great … loved the games to play especially the Michigan stone puzzle ( worked on it every day… completed it!!) 4 in a row was a big hit for the kids…. My son left his extension cord for his boat in the garage ??!!

We had nine people staying at the house and it was great. Lots of room, the porch with the awning made for a great evening outside. Convenient to downtown.

The location was great for a quiet family getaway. The small cul-de-sac made for no traffic. The town is quaint. Close enough to Mackinac Island for a day trip as well as close to the beach if you want to have a lake beach day. The house slept 14 easily with beds for all.

Perfect for multiple young families—dishes, games, furniture for little ones. Walkable to downtown Harbor Springs, and short drive to beautiful Petoskey State Park beach. Large living areas and basement family room for gathering.

We stayed here for a week in early June with our family of seven adults and five children ages 9 and under. The house was wonderful and spacious, exactly as described in the listing. We cooked several dinners so I appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the large Weber grill. The kids loved the downstairs ping pong and air hockey table, and playing badminton in the backyard. Downtown was just a short 15 minute walk pushing a stroller, but it does include a good-size hill. Would stay again.

This rental was very clean, well equipped and was one of the most COMFORTABLE sleeps I have ever had in a rental! Kudos to the owners. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again!

Nice house with plenty of room.
Allows you to spread out to different areas during the evening. Bathrooms on each floor expedite getting ready in the morning. We had six adults and two kids. We definitely didn't use all the beds provided!!

We were all very happy with our stay here. The house was plenty big enough for our group of 4 couples. The owners were easy to communicate with. There wasn't anything that we needed that they didn't have at the house. There's a great little Market around the corner as well. We'll definitely be back for our next visit to the area!

Loved our stay. The house was very spacious and decorated nicely. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials plus more for cooking. The location was perfect, 10 minutes from skiing and a few minutes into town and the local grocery store.

The house was amazing, so much room. All the beds were so comfortable and the lower level was a perfect family gathering spot. The Bluetooth in the bathrooms was pretty cool. Everything was just perfect. The hosts were very prompt and courteous whenever I had any questions. The area is just beautiful, so much to do year round. This house is perfectly located in Harbor Springs. It’s in a quiet cul de sac with plenty of space between you and the neighbors. If you’re lucky you might meet the cute puppy next door.
We used this property as a rendezvous for our wedding party before heading to Mackinac Island for the big day. The house is clean, large, and very accommodating for a large group. The kitchen is fully equipped and the patio grill outside works great.
