We chose this property understanding it was a unique opportunity to visit Sylvan Beach, and beautiful water access out the back door. The pictures really don’t do the layout of the home and the dock access justice. It was perfect for our busy children, grandparents and dog. We even enjoyed some fishing! It had everything we needed and then some.
Access to the playground a short walk away was ideal and if you like to exercise, morning runs in the neighborhood were terrific! We’re very grateful for this memory as we celebrated my brother’s wedding weekend!

The house was perfect for us. Our daughter's dog is well behaved. The fenced back yard, all the way to the dock was great. The youngest grandchild is 4 & it felt safe for him and the 3 other grandchildren who were 7, 12 & 17.
We had a lovely walk to the ice cream place one evening. The rooms were comfortable. There was good Walleye trolling on the lake. We would love to return. We also enjoyed the car show and a few restaurants in the area.

Property sits right on Fish Creek. Perfect for fishing and swimming and kayaking. Walking distance from the public beach on Oneida Lake .

The house is larger than it looks in photos and was very clean. It worked well for our extended family week with a few young kids. We had a few hiccups with appliances, but the owners were very responsive. Could be improved with some better instructions for the A/C and a local property manager (there was a yellow jacket nest that prevented us from using the dock after a few stings). But all in all a good place if you're looking for something on the water for kayaking and walking distance to the lake.

Get on the lake from the dock but is an quiet easy drive to the lake on your boat … the house is big and the back yard is perfect for your pet … we docked right out the back door and loved the fishing and boating the place has to offer .. it was pirates weekend with fireworks when we went and we had a relaxing time thank you … def recommend it for a good week of chilling !!!

If you're looking for a beautiful rental in Sylvan Beach this is the place! House is well equipped and decorated so pretty. Walking distance to all downtown has to offer. You won't be disappointed.

This property exactly met our needs. We were a group of 8 adults (three young adults, two married couples, and a single) in town for the Syracuse University graduation. We were able to enjoy time together in a much more pleasant way than renting four hotel rooms at exorbitant prices. It was an easy drive in to Syracuse on Sat and Sun for the ceremony, and we enjoyed meals together (we grilled on the deck all three nights) and kayak rides on the river. Wonderful way to celebrate my son's graduation.

Tabitha was very helpful & communicative regarding all aspects of our stay.
Walking distance to town was great. The dead end road was great for the little grandchildren riding their bikes. The dock was awesome- rented a boat one day & pulled right up to load & unload us all. Also gramps & the grandchildren fished off the dock & had a blast. The yard was nice as well.
Great place for a family getaway.

Enjoyed having boat at the dock for easy access. Kids fished off dock and caught some pan fish. A lot of fun.

Best Rental Ever
Have rented in Sylvan Beach for years. This was by far the best customer service by both the property manager and the owner.
The rental itself was amazing! A beautiful working gas fireplace, large dock and alot of space indoors. The waterview and privacy were the best way to enjoy morning coffee. The firepit helped us enjoy many smores! I have already requested an extended rental for next year. As a frontline nurse working during the pandemic.....this was just what I needed! We also enjoyed renting a pontoon, fishing off our dock, and golfing at Green Lake State Park. Green Lake was recommended by the property manager, a terrific recommendation!
