Location to Main St was a short drive from the property. The home isnt fancy or over the top, but accommodating and comfortable for a place refresh and hang with family and friends after a busy day.

We had a blast staying at this quaint property. Four of us came up for the sip and shop down Main. Property was a perfect location for us to stay close to everything.

Location was great. Mid-way between downtown Franklin and the interstate.
We arrived very late at night and it was totally dark. We had to use our phone flashlights to see the keypad. The front walkway and porch were dirty and unswept, bushes overgrown by the sidewalk. It was difficult for our friend who is not able to walk very well. A motion detector light would be helpful. Tidying up prior to our arrival would have been nice.
We were unable to connect our Netflix accounts to the tv and there is no DVD player to even Red Box movies. This was disappointing. We sent a text message and an email to the owner which was unanswered. It would be nice to have some pictures on the walls and perhaps a mirror in the bedrooms. The walls were totally empty so it did not feel very homey.
Overall, we were comfortable. Just a few things that could be improved. It’s a cute house with great potential. It would sleep 6 people comfortably. Would I stay again? Probably. As long as you don’t plan on staying in for a movie night. 😉

Great house for our girls trip. Conveniently located within a mile of historic Franklin area....about 30 minutes from BNA & Nashville.
The primary suite had a super comfy king size bed with the best sheets & bedding.
Ceiling fans in all the rooms. Decorate simple yet very nice.
Freezer makes cute little cubes and crushed ice.

We really enjoyed our stay. Close to all the places we wanted to visit. Back deck very nice and accommodated our family well

The house is located in a great area with no noise. Only thing that was upsetting was that what they said would be at the house was not. There was no paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, and the outside receptable was overflowing with trash. If you come to this house you will want to bring wasp/hornet spray with you as there were several of them there. I had brought my dogs with me and they got sting by them. I am sure the owners were aware of this and could have alerted us of this problem. I was emailed about our check in process and complained about the process and no one ever emailed me back. I also emailed again during the check out process again with no response. How disappointing that the owners don't care enough to response back. I would not recommend staying here again.

Excellent. Very clean. As pictured in listing. Very quite street. Great location to downtown Franklin and shopping.
Just a couple suggestions. The mattress in the back bedroom wasn’t very comfortable and I think a grab bar for the shower would help to prevent slipping.
Overall, I would highly recommend this listing.

The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was also a nice touch to have several extra throw blankets and access to streaming services. We enjoyed the large backyard, the grill and the upgraded appliances. The location was also very good and so was communication with the property manager. We had 4 teenagers and they enjoyed the options of playing basketball, watching movies in the living room and spending time in the large backyard.

This place is perfect for a stay in Franklin. Very comfortable with plenty space. It was equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend it. The owners were very easy to communicate with. They were interested in any suggestions to improve our stay. We had none. We hope to come back and stay longer. Thanks Melissa and Jon

The home was very nice and location was great. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the afternoon and playing cards around the spacious farm table in the dining room.
It accommodates 6 people comfortably.

We loved our stay at this house in Franklin. We had a small issue when we arrived but the owner, Melissa, responded immediately and got it taken care of. The house has everything you could want in a rental. It’s also very quiet (which is a plus!) It’s off a private road so there isn’t much traffic in front of the house. I would recommend this house to anyone traveling to Franklin. Downtown is just minutes away!

We had a wonderful time. The house was lovely and very comfortable. We spent most of our time in Franklin and Nashville and it was easy access to both. Good communication from property managers. Would highly recommend.

We visited family over the holidays and had a wonderful experience. The home was so close to all that Franklin has to offer and it was the perfect size to get our family of 5 together. Everything we needed was right there. Even our 2 dogs enjoyed the convenience of the fenced yard and the great dog parks close to the home. We were very happy with our stay!

My wife and I stayed with our 2 small dogs for our anniversary. Our puppies loved the fenced in yard to run around, and we loved the fencing was in good shape to keep them from escaping. The house was found clean, and the owners were sure to check in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Location for us was great, it's 5 minutes or less to Franklin and an easy drive over to highway to head into Nashville. Would stay here again.

I booked the property, and it was 969.00. Property was listed as being in Brentwood. We were glad because it was near Nashville. Ended up being in Franklin and price in 10 min went from 969 to 1120. Beautiful place. Enjoyed our stay. 2nd bedroom in front, the door is broken off the hinges and won't close. I took pics. Some past renter didn't report , it so i am.

The house was the perfect size and location for our group and proximity to the show grounds. It was totally renovated and exceptionally clean. The host communicated promptly when we asked for local dinner recommendations. The dogs LOVED the fenced in backyard.

We came back to middle TN for my son’s wedding. We had out-of-town friends stay with us. The property was absolutely perfect. It is just as advertised and we would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy, clean home nestled in a quiet neighborhood. It had everything we needed, and owners were very responsive to any questions. Our dog loved running in the backyard, and we loved morning coffee/evening wine on the deck. So close to downtown Franklin and an easy drive to Nashville.

This house is perfect! Kitchen is great and has all the amenities you’d need to cook meals. The beds are amazingly comfortable. The yard and fire pit are great, the dog loved running around! The hosts are very welcoming and checked in with us to ensure we were good. The next time we are in the Nashville area we definitely will stay again!
