Our stay was for a cheer competition, and we had 2 adults and teenage girls. We booked this house because it is such an easy route to the Bradenton Convention Center. The house was very clean, and exactly as described on the listing. We arrived very late at night and the outside lights were left on for us which was so nice! I had to communicate with the owners often throughout our stay because of a rooster who would start crowing at 5-6am and would not stop until after we left at 10:30-11am for competitions. When we were outside, he would start again. I cannot tell you how awful this was to be inside sleeping and having this rooster seem like it was right outside the master bedroom. I know this is not a fault of the owners in any way, but something to consider when booking this house. The other downfall to us, was the pool was covered in algae, and the hot tub was hit or miss on turning on well. The remote needs to be replaced and maybe some maintenance. The owners did let us stay slightly past check out time which was so nice to help accommodate our late flight out. We also really enjoyed the beach essentials they have in the garage for guests to use. This was very handy for us to go to the beach and then bring back. All in all, this house was very nice and had touches we really appreciated like extra towels, blankets, more toilet paper than we normally have in a VRBO, and make up cleaning towels. With cheer girls in full makeup that was handy!
