The property was wonderful and the host Mark is so attentive. Everything was ready when we arrived and very clean. I would highly recommend.

We’ve rented many properties in the USA and Europe and this is right up there amongst the best of them.
Mark and Wendy are very proud, proactive and responsive owners of their property in Palm Beach Gardens. The house is like a home from home, spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location. Lots of restaurants close by and within easy reach
If you are a golfer, you can lie by the pool and watch players on the Favio course at the PGA National. Mark even gave us his two tickets for one of the practice days for the 2024 Cognizant Classic !
Neighbourhood is very quiet and also sits within security gates for added peace of mind.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Mark and Wendy’s house to anyone thinking of renting in this area

I would highly recommend this property! Beautiful view of the golf course and water fountain, pool in the back, and close proximity to the PGA National Resort. Was in town for work and worked great for the 4 of us to stay! Can’t say enough good things about the owner and how great the communication was before and during the stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Mark and Wendy’s house. Beautiful house, well appointed, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and very clean. Lovely backyard with stunning views. Great location at beautiful PGA National grounds, very safe, nice neighborhood and close to everything. Very easy and fast communication with owners. Thank you very much for sharing your house! Already booked our next stay.

This was the perfect house for our family get together with our adult daughter and son and his wife and two year old son. Spacious, comfortable, lovely furnishings, beautiful well equipped kitchen and large pool with everything there to enjoy the house and area. Location is excellent- set in a lovely neighborhood in the PGA complex near shopping and restaurants.

We were running a golf tournament at PGA National and had the opportunity to have the staff stay together at a house. The house was perfect for what we needed. Great time to enjoy the pool and the kitchen/living area so everyone could eat together and hang out. outside of work. Perfect place for what we needed.

Very comfortable house and a great location. Communication with the homeowner was easy and friendly. The only negative was Ring video monitoring in the kitchen and in the backyard, poolside. I would certainly stay there again.
