Questa casa vacanza si trova in un punto strategico per apprezzare al meglio Avalon. Puoi raggiungere 7 Mile Beach e Seven Mile Beach in 5 minuti a piedi. Hai un mezzo e non sai dove posteggiarlo? Nessun problema: qui trovi anche un garage coperto.

Dopo un po' anche starsene senza far nulla non lontano da una piscina riscaldata o sulla terrazza privata può essere noioso! È in questi momenti che non devi dimenticarti che in questa casa vacanza hai a disposizione persino un'area barbecue: una bella alternativa non credi? Non ti va di uscire? Nessun problema: in casa potrai approfittare di accesso a internet e TV via cavo/satellitare per concederti qualche ora di intrattenimento casalingo.

Oltre a 6 camere e 7.5 bagni, in questa sistemazione troverai un’area soggiorno, un divano letto, un caminetto e l'aria condizionata. Nella cucina troverai un forno, un piano cottura e un frigorifero, oltre a un kit per la preparazione di caffè/tè, una macchina per il ghiaccio e un microonde. Overall very happy with the property and location!

13 of us had a terrific stay at this property. We were 3 generations and there was plenty of space for all of us. The elevator originated in the garage which was great for moving in and out, as well as, grandparents with some mobility issues. We loved the location. The beach was a quick walk, and it was quiet and not crowded. Bonus... the kids could use boogie boards at our beach. There was plenty of street parking around the property, and it is a quick drive into Avalon and Stone Harbor. The house was well appointed. We cook almost all of our meals and we had everything we needed to do so. The gas grill with the hook up to a gas line was great!! No need to worry about propane. We have rented many properties in Avalon, and this by far one of our favorites!

Our adult group of family and friends, aged 24-70, loved the house! Tons of open living space, love the ample kitchen with cooking pans and dishes and large round dining table. Plenty of bathrooms, one in each bedroom! We enjoyed the deck, the pool, the elevator for move-in/out, and the proximity to the beach. We hope to return!

We loved our stay! Having a private bathroom for every bedroom was amazing, and almost everyone had their own comfortable king bed and a balcony! The beautiful and spacious kitchen had all the tools and comforts of home. A one block walk to the beach is a major asset, and the pool is perfect for lounging or a dip. We also loved having access to the bikes and beach supplies. Stone Harbor and Avalon were a nice bike ride or short drive away. The elevator was a definite bonus! Thank you for a beautiful week.
