Our family had an amazing vacation on Belleair Beach! The condo was fantastic. Great amount of space for the four of us and you really can't say enough about the deck and the view. Morning coffee and evening cocktails were spectacular along with those sunsets! The beach was also a hit. It felt like you had a private beach, It was very quiet and relaxing. It was our first time staying in a house right on the beach and certainly exceeded all expectations. We will certainly be coming back next year. Thank you for letting us stay at this amazing place!

This place is CLOSE to the water. The view from the living room is everything you could want. The location is quiet. The unit is stocked with everything you could need including an umbrella, beach chairs and toys. If you are planning to cook for yourself this is a great unit. I was looking to book a stay next year but was shocked to see the price had doubled. I guess that’s what 99 glowing reviews does to a place. This is a can’t miss unit. You will love your stay.

We loved staying here! The town is quiet and not as busy as neighboring towns. A quick walk to the beach or pool. Pool was not over crowded like previous places we stayed. The view was absolutely amazing!!! The condo has everything you need. Would absolutely stay here again!

We have a 6, 9, and 11 year old. This condo was perfect for our family. It is updated and clean with fantastic beach access and a pool when you need a break from the ocean. Great location, close to everything you need and includes easy parking. We can't wait to go back.

Good location, house was well appointed, and the description was true. Two small downsides….the beach was not very big and wasn’t very clean. (The City could have done more to rack and clean the seed grasses and dead fish!) And the uneven floors could have been a safety hazard. That all being said I would recommend this property!!

Views are great, 100 yards off the beach. Pool was clean and relaxing.

We really enjoyed staying here. They had everything we needed and then some. We cook in a lot and we had all the kitchen supplies we needed. The place was very clean when we arrived. We really enjoyed having coffee/cocktails on the deck overlooking the beach and when it was to windy at the beach the heated pool was a really nice option. The location is great grocery stored and great restaurants close by, we would stay here again!

Beautiful community that borders busy Clearwater and quieter Indian rocks beach. Great restaurants and shops on gulf Blvd or just across the bridge in Belleair shores. Commutation with the owners and property manager seamless. We are definitely coming back again

This condo has stunning views, a beautiful beach, is stocked with everything you need to cook and is located close to many restaurants and attractions. Our blended family of two adults and three teens had an excellent stay, thank you!

We had a blast at this home! The owner, Dale, was incredibly responsive and on top of things. The property management company was difficult to get ahold of and did not provide check in instructions. The home itself was BEAUTIFUL! Well maintained and everything we hoped for - we will be back!

The location was perfect. We were a very short drive away from great entertainment and restaurants and the sunsets were breathless. We look forward to coming back.

Unfortunately our trip wasn't to he had, as a hurricane hit the area and travel was impossible. Dale and his team were great in communication and customer service. We look forward to coming to stay next year!

This place was perfect for our adults only getaway. The views were absolutely stunning! We have stayed in many VRBO's and this one was by far in the top 3. House was well stocked and set up beautifully. The check-in & out procedures were simple and allowed for enjoying the view one very last time. The property management company was quick to respond and they were helpful.

If you are thinking about renting this place, do it! You will not regret it. It has EVERYTHING you need! A short walk to the beach, beach towels, toys, chairs, pots, pans..everything! Beds are comfy. Rooms are good size with decent places for your belongings. It’s a good location! You won’t regret staying here!!

My family and I stayed here 7/16/22-7/23/22, and couldn’t be happier with our decision to book this condo. This place is clean and the layout is great. While there are a few single step up/downs, they’re very low, and were never an issue or a bother for us or my 4 year old. The owners are great and kept an open line of communication. If you’re looking for a nice, quiet place to vacation with breathtaking ocean views, an amazing pool, and basically on the beach just book it already. You won’t be disappointed!

My husband and I along with our 3 children (ages ranging from 1-10) and my parents had a great stay! When we arrived everything was clean and ready for us to enjoy. The wine waiting on the kitchen island was a wonderful surprise and as promised paired nicely with the sunset/ocean view on the deck. The condo was equipped with most everything we needed. One thing that I may add to the amenities if I could would be a BBQ grill. Our favorite part was the beautiful ocean view from the deck and even out the very large living room window! We were even blessed enough to see several dolphins during our stay. My parents were easily able to enjoy watching our children play on the beach while sitting on the deck. Yes, it really is THAT close to the beach! One thing to note is that within the condo and on the deck there are many step ups/downs from room to room that guests have to stay aware of to avoid a fall. For safety reasons, I'd love to see that modified for future stays. Overall, this condo was a wonderful experience for our family and we would most definitely book again in the future!

Overall I gave a 4 because the owner is great and the location is 10/10. The property itself is dated. Hard time staying cool, thermostat read 80 degrees at 8PM even with all shades and windows closed all day. It was nice having a washer and dryer and private balcony. It was equipped with umbrellas and beach chairs. There were also beach toys. The owner was great and very easy to get in touch with. He was very accommodating. The property could’ve been much cleaner upon arrival and an overall deep cleaning could be done. Small things that could be done to make this place more comfortable would be a mattress cover and sheets that fit the master bed, darkening curtains, and a working shade for the balcony. The shade that they have is locked up and it would’ve been so nice to have one. Location and pool are perfect. The kitchen is equipped with plenty and the Keurig was nice to have. Small additions like a decent cooler would be wonderful too. We do think we will book again for next time, so happy overall!

As soon as we walked up the stairs to the condo and saw the view, my heart skipped a beat. The condo was more than we could have ever imagined! The kids and I all agreed, it felt as if this place was literally home. The card and bottle of wine on the counter waiting for me was the sweetest thing! Towels stocked for us to use, sand toys and boogie boards for the kids on the porch, and the games and puzzles were perfect! Every day after the sunset, we would bust out a puzzle to do as a family every night. THE VIEW!!! Oh my goodness, there are no words to describe how perfect it was! Sitting on the porch at night and listening to the waves was serene. We all agreed, we are making this trip an annual event and refuse to stay anywhere else! I want to hug Kathy and Dan for opening your place up to us! There's not one thing I would change. <3

The place was amazingly clean and had a homey feeling right from the beginning. Sufficient beech chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for the kids. Washer and dryer was much appreciated. Pool was warm. Dolphins and seashells galore. Publix grocery store right down the road was great for grabbing our own meals and snacks. Property has some update needs but I believe they’re new owners to the property and it appears as though they started the process. Would take the cleanliness over updates any day!! All in all-a wonderful stay for our family of 5.

Best view ever and no tall buildings around which we enjoyed a lot. The condo had everything we needed. Lots of towels, beach chairs, even bandaids, games, ziploc and trash bags and it was very clean. The location is great. Right on the beach and not far from Clearwater which was important to us as the kids definitely wanted to see Winter and Hope of the movie Dolphintale. Would absolutely recommend this condo. Only the pool was a bit sandy. But with the beach being that close it is probably difficult to keep it clean all the time.

It's a 2.5 Star property. We stayed for 3 weeks this winter. 5 Star - the location and the deck 4 Star - the parking spot 3 Star - sun shade on deck was broken. Unit was cottage and old needs some updates. Washer had a very moldy smell, ran it twice before putting clothes in. The pool was adequate. 2 Star - No grill, we bought a small Weber and left it at the unit. Refrigerator ice machine didn't work. The few times it did there was grey stuff in it. We had to buy ice the entire time we were there. When we were there many people in the other units were smoking right outside and it smelled alot. Carpet in the bedroom looked really dirty. King size bed was super soft and the sheets weren't big enough to stay on the bed. If you're looking for a cottage experience it's fine. If you want better pick somewhere else.

I wish I could give this place 1 star so that others wouldn't want to stay here but I can't!! We absolutely love this condo! The view is phenomenal!! We love being just steps from the beach!! The kitchen has almost anything you could want or need and I don't think I will ever stay somewhere without a washer and dryer again. We had plenty of space and even with 7 females in the house never ran out of hot water!! We hope to return for years to come!! My only negative was not being able to use the canopy over the deck this year and not getting a reply from the local contact when I asked about it but I can't take off on my review because I had a prompt and reasonable answer from the owners when I texted them. My wish list for next year: a grill - I thought I saw in a response to a review that the condo association doesn't allow them but it seems like the others all have them, a Crock-Pot - makes for easy beach dinners and then I wouldn't have to bring mine :), a couple of sharp knives. Also my suggestion would be to switch the bedrooms around so the king size bed is in the room with the bathroom and the room with all the beds uses the hall bathroom. My husband and I just spent a few nights in this condo and had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed long mornings on the deck, reading and drinking coffee. The view is awesome! Bed in the master bedroom is so comfy and the sheets were so soft. The bathrooms were tight, but worked for us. We were super thankful for dishwasher pods and some laundry detergent for the washing machine. Nice touch! We used the beach chairs and towels, the beach is steps away. Made it easy to come back to remake drinks and not have to carry a ton of stuff with us to the beach. The shared pool was spotless and plenty of seating. The Bellaire area was so clean, friendly and the neighbors were so nice! We will stay again if we are ever back in the area. Very pleasant stay, during a very stressful year! Thanks for everything!
