Good location for our purposes. Large pool for the kids. Easy parking. Condo needs some updating and TLC, but overall clean and served our purpose.

My family and I traveled to Raleigh from PA to visit family and celebrate my daughter’s 14th birthday. The check-in process was a breeze and communication with the host was great.
We REALLY enjoyed the Cary area. The home is in a nice townhome community. The home was spacious for the 4 of us that stayed. The home was clean when we arrived and all of the appliances and TVs worked. We were able to make an early Easter dinner for my cousins who we were visiting the night before we left and had all of the kitchen items we needed to do so.
There were alot of shops in the Cary area and we also went into Raleigh to the Crabtree Valley Mall which was alot of fun and spent wayyyy to much money but that’s what vacation is for right? :-)
I would definitely stay again when visiting the area!

Great property for three adult ladies visiting a friend in Cary! Spacious and comfortable in a beautiful neighborhood near downtown. Close to grocery store, restaurants, parks!

The townhouse was as described. Comfortable and clean with fully equipped kitchen. Brenan was very quick to respond with any questions. It’s well located in Cary with a very close supermarket and stores. Not far from center of Cary. Would definitely stay again.

Best vrbo stay! The property was very cozy. My daughter even commented about how cozy and comfortable. Kitchen was fully furnished. Master bedroom bed was so comfy. Owners were very responsive and accommodating to our needs for the swim meet.

The townhouse was just as described. Nice and clean with the essentials. We enjoyed our stay and our hosts were very accommodating to our flight schedule, thank you!

The home was very nice and, the neighborhood was quiet. The beds were super comfortable. The only thing I was not comfortable with was the couch in the living room. It needs to be replaced, as It was very uncomfortable. Also the pillows on the couch need to be replaced.
The kitchen had everything we needed for our long weekend there. And, it was super close to the airport, downtown Raleigh and Apex.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. There was plenty of room, house was clean, plenty of dishes and the property is in a great location. We utilized the pool during our stay which was also very clean and maintained. Host was very responsive as well. We would stay again!

My husband and I were visiting our adult children who live in the Triangle area. Staying at the Cary House gave us the opportunity to have meals together in a spotless, cozy home with a full kitchen. The back porch is comfortable and while we did not use the pool, we were given all the information and procedures to do so. Thank you, Brenan!

The house feels like a home, it is quaint and filled with everything needed for a great get away.
The host was excellent with communication and quick to respond.

You will want to check fan in 1st bedroom on left. We could not get to work. Would have appreciated the deck and chairs cleaned to use. Beds were comfortable and all the amenities were very good. Thank you, Wayne

This home is accurate to the photos and is located in a safe and quiet area in Cary, NC. Brenan is a great host who communicates well and gave clear instructions to checking in/out. When my crew and myself are back in the Cary/Raleigh area we will definitely contact Brenan once again.

Place is as advertised. It was very clean and cozy. Bed was super comfortable! We needed a place to stay while we had house renovations done. Didn’t have a chance to enjoy outdoor area but it’s very nice space to sit out!

Thankful for the Thanksgiving gathering.
The place was incredibly clean, comfortable, well furnished, with exceptionally nice kitchen. Location is in a quiet family neighborhood that is convenient to I40. Communication with the owner was efficient and timely. We needed a space where we could host dinner for our family members and the owner graciously permitted us to do so. At the time we were there, there was no basic cable TV- only apps. We purchased an antennae for $15 so we could watch Thanksgiving parade and football. Not a deal breaker for the property, just a heads up in case you don't have streaming apps. Also, I don't think the ice maker in the fridge is connected. Again, not a deal breaker. Just FYI. We'll stay again when in the area visiting family and friends.

Family Visit
The townhome was clean, however, there were sheets in the washer and towels in the dryer when we arrived. The garbage can outside was over full and the dishwasher did break while we were there. However, communication with the owners was easy and they were quick to respond. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
