Wonderful place, very relaxing, even though beach was double red flag most of our stay, we were able to make the most of our trip, really enjoyed the properties pool and lazy river

An amazing condo! Fully equipped with anything you need to cook in the kitchen. Beds are so comfy! Love the beach chairs and use of the umbrella! Lazy river is amazing. Will definitely recommend to others and can’t wait to stay again!

Another enjoyable stay at the Destin West. Our condo was tastefully updated and immaculate. We will definitely go back to the Destin West and wouldn't hesitate to stay in the same unit!

This was a nice property but it needed a thorough cleaning. The dining table has grooves in it and they were full of food bits, sprinkles, and other debris upon our arrival. The beds were comfortable. There was not enough towels and washcloths. It needed more as only 8 were in the unit and it was listed as suitable for 10 guests.

This was by far the best stay we have ever had . The property was exactly how we imagined it and will be staying here again every chance we get . The room was clean and had everything you would ever need in it. Thank you for a wonderful vacation stay!!!!! Also was the first time to Florida and the stay was more then we imagined

This property is everything that it looks like and even those you are on the bay side you are still able to see Dolphins every single day as we did for lunch! Very laid-back vacation and the pools are heated on this side plus it has the lazy river on this side as well!

We live here locally but had several couples come in from all over for a little reunion. We got 5 condos in the Destin West property. Everyone loved the property. We had a great time on the beachside as well as the lazy river on the bayside. Of all the condos Heron 304 was the best. Updated decor, spacious and we loved the balcony. We will recommend to future guests.

Beautiful decor with all essential amenities. Loved that they left a highchair, pack and play for toddler. Plus beach towels and beach play essentials. Kitchen layout was excellent with shelves for vacation essentials. Would definitely rent condo again.

That’s what I want every time!
We really enjoyed our stay. First time in Destin! Second or third time for the fiends with us. Everything was so close available and you had everything you needed. No need to go anywhere unless you want to shop or go out to eat. Very kid friendly. Unfortunately though the one year old with us got ahold of something on the floor or balcony and spent a few days in the hospital, not sure if it was cleaner, pill, or random substance, after that vacation was the best we could ever ask for. Great Weather. We loved the availability of toys, carts, pool/beach towels, chairs. Something you don’t always travel with and was a great help. We will definitely be back!

Overall good experience. Room was clean, beds/bedding were nice. Kitchen was stocked with all you need. Living room was spacious for. Brand new Beach wagon, chairs, umbrella available was so nice. Patio was huge and a great view. Close to pools and just a short walk to the beach.
A couple issues. Toilet in master ran constantly. Maintenance came to look at but never returned to fix. Facet in jacuzzi bathtub was broke and maintenance never showed up to fix. A lot of light bulbs were blown and tv remotes in bedroom was dead. Minor things but would have been nice if those things weren’t an issue and were checked by housekeeping or maintenance prior to each arrival.

Perfect Retreat!
The only thing that I can say bad was that the weather was cold while we were there. The views were amazing and the condo was fabulous. We will return when the weather is warmer.

Fall break getaway
We came while the girls had a slightly shorter school week (they did have to do some school work while here) to avoid the crowds as nd extreme heat since we have a 4 year old also. It has been awesome! The weather was great all week. The pools were pretty chilly the first couple days, but did warm up by mid week. We LOVED the balcony. It was great to sit and look out over the bay and pool area. Great view! Kitchen had everything we needed, the car and sand toys were awesome for the beach. Really good restaurants close by ( highly recommended The Shack, Rockin Tacos, and Shanty's Seafood. Al's beach club was great on our last visit here as well). Great trip and we will definitely be back!

Beautifully decorated .
All was great until we went to bed to discover the sheets had stains. Luckily( and cautiously) we had brought our own sheets. The walls had quite a few scuffmarks throughout.
We did enjoy our time at the resort despite the situation with the bed linen
