L'emplacement est super top. L'appartement propre.

Nice apartment with plenty of natural light. Very good location - you can walk to Tours Centre train station in less than 15 minutes, and Saint-Pierre-des-Corps isn't too far away. Carrefour supermarket next door.
Creaky floors and zero soundproofing. One night, someone started knocking randomly on the doors to all the units and ringing the intercom at 2 AM.

Spacious
Forniture - not enough space to place things, in bedroom and a bathroom
We happened to be there during the heat wave 42°C outside. The appartment was extremely hot (and no AC). There was one barely working fan. We asked for an additional fan and they refused, saying that they have no spare fans. It was very uncomfortable to be inside the apartament due to extremely high temperature. With weather conditions like this, one would expect a more understanding and accomodating approach.
