Padre Escapes they have any kind of rental properties to fit any ones needs. I always choose this rental because we have pets. And it is just a few steps to the BEACH. Very quite you hardly even no there any other guests there. The pool is very nice. This was our third time staying at these Condos and we absolutely love it every time. Very comfortable King Beds with flat screen tV's. Is a very spacious condo. Well sized kitchen fully stocked to cook pretty much anything you would like, if you would feel like cooking with all the great places to eat on the Island. This was the first time we got a end unit and it was really nice and peaceful. Not taking anything away from the other units they were nice as well. We usually rent for the Holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving so we cook the dinners to go with the holiday and there was plenty of room to have a BIG Holiday feast. It's the easiest check in and check out I have ever done. They send you a code you get there punch it in and you begin your vacation. Check out it's really hard to do. You have to load dish washer turn it on walk out the door send a text and your done. What!!! THAT IT 😂 So if you have some time to kill I would go check out Padre Escapes Vacation rentals. You cant go wrong they will make your stay the best you want to make of it. There is golf cart rentals very close by as well. So if you want to stay some place where you wake up in the morning and your very first deep breath you take is full of salty sea air and the sound Ocean waves in your ears check this place out.

House was great to stay in, very clean and spacious. We did run into some issues. The Coffee machine was broken and I ended up having to go to Dollar Tree to purchase since they could not have a new one over to us until afternoon. We need coffee :) Also, the AC went out which put a damper on our evening. Padre escapes was super responsive in fixing, but we still had to deal with inconvenience.

Easy check in, clean and very nice vacation spot. We were just a few blocks from the beach and our stay was unforgettable. Thank you for allowing my family to stay at this vacation home. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

Way more than 1 block to the beach!! Rented for 4 days for 10 people. Only given 1 extra roll of toilet paper, 1 extra trash bag. Not enough towels, pillows or blankets. The entire house smelled of mildew the whole time we stayed there. Very loud music at the pool every night at midnight. So much sand inside the house. Under the rug, on the couch, by the beds. Pool key didn't work properly kept getting stuck. No response from owners when asked for more toilet paper. Dog poop all in the back yard. Beds are so very hard not comfortable at all.

The rental was nicely decorated and plenty big for 5 adults and a 60 lb. dog. The floors/bedding all seemed clean, the rug under the coffee table had hair stuck in it and needed a deep cleaning. The only other observation is the metal daybed squeaks EVERY TIME you move on it...one adult slept on the couch to not have to listen to it. WD40?

Our first night there the AC wasn’t working well. Maintenance was able to come out within hours!! The place was clean and the stay was great. Plenty of space for our group. The walk to the beach was short and easy! I would love to come back and I’m already planning my next stay with this property !

Great location, good condo if traveling with dogs. There were a few nails in the little fenced in outdoor area, but nothing a nice over didn’t solve. However there are stickers so your pups paws may be a little unhappy. The backyard hose has a big hole so I got drenched while rinsing off my pups. The front hose was fine and was very helpful to rinse off our rented golf cart, sandy feet, ice chests, chairs etc. The towels are horrifically rough so highly recommend bringing your own. Would recommend and stay again.

Very cute condo. Close to the beach. Had a heated pool that the kiddos loved. Plenty of space. My only complaint were the mattresses were a kind of hard. Oh and first world problems lol there was t a keurig 🤣other than that the property was great.

We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Please rental. It is only 2 blocks from the beach! There is great space for 10 people to sleep and that was great!! Made our beach trip affordable. The pillows were not great so we went and bought some after the first night. Other than that, everything was fantastic!!

We had a great time here! Very clean and exactly as the listing described. They even had a baby gate downstairs which was perfect since we had kids with us. Communication was great as well! Easy check-in

'Beach Please' was the perfect vacation spot. The property management staff was very informative, the property was only a short walk away from the beach (or you could drive to the beach parking lot only two minutes away). Was good but had issues with a/c was keeping house cool so we had to go buy portable fans. The back door wouldn't shut properly if the deadbolt wasn't engage the door would swing open on its own with the wind. But nice location very enjoyable.

The pictures matched the place perfectly. Everything was clean. There was a water hose in the front and backyard which made clean up very easy. The beach parking lot was less than a minute drive. This is our 2nd time staying here, and we have always enjoyed the property.

Excellent Vacation, great location, although Swimming pool too small to accommodate visitors in same area. Property in great condition, some cooking/baking pans were not clean. Could use another trash bin for the area or collect trash more frequently as trash bin was overfilled. Trash had to be set outside of bin.

We had a nice family vacation. This beach house was large enough for all of us to have a bed and it had all the amenities we needed. There was an ant problem, however. I’m not sure where they were coming in but they were near all the edges of the walls. We had a problem with the pool key but they quickly resolved it. We would stay again and appreciated its location to the beach.

Couple of blocks from the beach is a golfcart ride away
Last day of our trip we rented a golf cart and zipped back and forth to the beach on it. Nice area, nice beach. Kids loved it. 3 kings, 2 trundles was enough for 5 adults and 5 kids with some of them being teens

Somebody is making some good money. The property was clean and well-maintained. You had very little clearance to get into the master bedroom closet. That bedside table should be smaller and put on the other side of the bed. The place was a couple blocks from the beach; sure seemed like more than 1200 feet. My questions were answered prior to going. I really didn’t like having to send my driver’s license via email and text. Seems like a military ID would be better than a driver’s license, but this was not accepted, even though, it said picture ID. You should put you want the driver’s license, even though I did not like sending this. Don’t just put picture ID, put driver’s license. I was concerned about this being a scam. If someone pays, why do you need this? No other vrbo I have rented has needed this. I really did not like having to send my driver’s license via email and text. This should change.
