I liked the location of the hotel very much. Self check-in is very flexible and easy. The street is quiet. There are parking places nearby - they are a bit expensive, but they are available. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms have everything you need. The fridges are quiet and work very well.
The cleanliness should be improved. We booked two rooms: one was perfect, but the other was very dusty, with spider webs and a dirty floor. Also, the lock and the door handle in one room were partly broken and should be fixed. I think these are staff problems, not problems with the building itself. Right now it feels like a roulette - you either get a clean, well-maintained room or a dirty room with broken things.

Location is quite ok. A bit further from the highway, but the room was spacious and ideal for 2 adults and 2 children.
It was not easy to find. Parking is not that clearly explained (although with some digging you can find the info). The entrance floor could use some renovation. The cleanliness could be a bit better.

WARNING : The property will ask you to fill online questionnaire with a lot of questions and they will ask you to take a selfie with your phone and send it to them.
If you don't do thay, they will not send you the code for check-in.
They collect more informations about you than necessary.
It's time consuming to follow their procedures and steps.
You will be informed about their procedure only after you pay, and you won't be able to cancel anything.
I never saw such behaviour, I don't recommend this place.
