Great position, fast acces to local transport.

The location is absolutely perfect! It is right in the city center, surrounded by plenty of cafes and shops. It’s also incredibly convenient for public transport, as the port, metro station, and bus stops are all just a short walk away. The staff members were incredibly welcoming and polite. I arrived a bit early, and they kindly arranged an early check-in for me. On top of that, they upgraded me to a larger room for free, which was a wonderful and highly appreciated surprise! The room itself had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Housekeeping could be a bit better. Although rooms are supposedly cleaned every day, I didn’t really notice much of a difference in mine — for instance, some hair on the bathroom floor was left untouched. Also, please note that the hotel doesn't have an elevator because it’s a historical building. There are 4 floors in total, and our room was on the very top floor. If you have heavy luggage, getting up can be a bit of a challenge.

Beds /mattress need replacing. The mattress has collapsed. No water pressure in bathroom. Room requires maintenance. Safe did not work. Toilet seat hanging off, lights flickered day and night room very dark.
