The Apartment was spacious. The rooms were good and clean. The living room is nice and spacious. The kitchen was good and spacious. The view of Ipoh is nice. The balcony is great. Parking was good and nearby.
Some flooring are fragile. The curtain rails were falling out and not secure properly. A table, chair and flower pots could make the balcony nicer. There were no mirror in the bathroom. very difficult to shave in the bathroom.

1. The bathroom/toilet clean but there a lots of hair
2. The owner need to repair the ceiling and wall damage due to leakage, the sliding door lock & blinds
3. Need additional trash cans/dustbin in each room (now only 1 small trash can/dustbin in the kitchen)

Super disappointed. The ceiling leaking water, and outside no light. Anyone can go inside apartment and Security guard give anyone come in also no register car plate no safe.

Poor of the service give the wrong address and last minute tell the address to check in and the contact number call can't call.

very spacious
smells of the cow’s faeces a bit too strong and the stay doesn’t really clean and one of the room didn’t have door at the toilet

really big penthouse.so comfy.host really good.nice place
has big smart tv but no internet/wifi.. one of the bathroom has no door.and no kettle in the house.cannot drink hot water during night and morning..so sad.other than that is very3 good!
