Location was in a neighborhood just outside the busy epicenter but close enough to get anywhere in 10 minutes. Great communication. Everything needed to stay comfortably. Golf cart was a bonus.

We definitely enjoyed our stay and had no problems getting a quick response back when we had questions about the stay. Definitely would Recommend this place! It was spacious enough for our whole family, and having the golf cart accessible and all the beach stuff you would need for going to the beach was a plus for sure! Loved our stay here!

The biggest issue was the “5th” bedroom. It was the converted Master bedroom closet. The other thing was the lack of dish towels or drying towels in the kitchen and while there was dishwasher pods, there was no dishwashing liquid.

Very nice house with private back yard. The only negative thing was the pool not being ready before out stay. She did reach out to me and let me know it would not be ready, but it was still a bummer.

The place was immaculate and smelled clean when we walked in. Great top of the line amenities to enjoy. Nice yard for the kids to play in when we weren’t at the beach. We would stay here again for certain. Sun and Sand was super responsive throughout the stay as needed. Having the golf cart available was wonderful.

We had a great visit to Sunnyside. The house was in fantastic shape and the golf cart was an added bonus! The beach was pristine and uncrowded and it's proximity made it super convenient.

Great property
All was great, house clean and beautiful, the only issue was the lights in the king room kept flickering, but overall amazing stay. Even the neighbors were very friendly and spoke and waved every time we saw them.

Great place
The area was great! Not a lot of people and the property was nice. They are adding a pool for 2023 and that will make this place even better! Property manager was extremely helpful.

Alright stay
The stay was ok! The house is amazing besides the parking! If you have multiple cars 2+ you will not be able to fit it in the driveway and they will not let you park in the street! The neighbors are rude and inconsiderate to the renters about parking and how they treat arriving guest! Also the coffee maker didn’t work or the dishwasher! The beds were also very firm! If they would fix the parking situation so the neighbors wouldn’t bother you it would be great! We had a great time beside those small inconveniences!

Amazing location and property. The home is gorgeous and just a 10 minute walk to the beautiful secluded beach. The home is very spacious with 3 gorgeous bedrooms and 2 bunk bed rooms for kids. The floor plan is open and there is a large backyard for bonfires and grilling. The home was very clean and well kept up. We had the most amazing time in Panama City. You are very close to the downtown PCB but yet out of all of the busy traffic. We had a fantastic spring break and the owners were very nice and responsive to anything we needed. Karen Russell

This house was a great fit for all of us staying. The kitchen had a great variety of kitchen accessories. We really enjoyed the use of the golf cart and all of the beach stuff that was available was awesome to have! It was in a great neighborhood. I can definitely see myself staying here again.

This was truly a home away from home! From the beautiful home, fenced yard, golf cart and proximity to the beach, this was exactly the vacation we had hoped for and needed! We are already planning a trip to come back.

Our Vacation stay at Family Tides
The house was everything they said it would be. Everything was convenient. Fenced in back yard was great for our dogs and new golf cart was great for going to the beach. Reminded me of a 5 star hotel. Would definitely recommend it for a family vacation from 2 to 10+ people.

Fuimos 14 personas, Sherri es una excelente anfitriona siempre al pendiente, la casa muy bonita y espaciosa especialmente la cocina y la mesa del comedor que a la hora de comer estábamos compartiendo las 14 personas sentadas, la playa si queda un poco retirado pero con el carrito de golf todo ese trayecto se hacía divertido. Nos vemos el siguiente año!!!
