The place was in immaculate condition!
Very minor - hall bathroom sink did not drain well. Must be a little clogged.

Location was great as it was an easy walk to downtown. Many unexpected extra amenities and nice touches in the house. Great decorating! Very cozy and quite clean. The host was extremely responsive. I can't think of anything else they could have done to make our stay any better!
The neighborhood seemed a tad sketchy (not much they can do to fix that unfortunately). To be clear - we didn't feel unsafe.
