Welcome to this splendid duplex completely renovated, in a modern and purified style!
Ideally located in front of the Port of Nice, on the 3rd and last floor without elevator.
The entrance to the apartment is by stairs, giving onto the first level (air-conditioned):
- A superb and very bright living room with sofa and wall television, a dining area with counter and high stools; also a small sunny balcony
- A beautiful open kitchen, fully equipped with cooking plates, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine
- A bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a beautiful Italian shower and a vanity unit
- Separate toilets
On the second level a beautiful suite, also air-conditioned, with :
- Double bed
- Television set
- Bathroom corner : beautiful bathtub, washbasin furniture
Bed and bath linen is provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee), and a free Wifi fiber internet connection.
The products at your disposal are indeed welcome products, to allow you to arrive in peace. We cannot guarantee that they are sufficient for the duration of your stay. It depends on your personal consumption.
You will be ideally located :
