The staff were fantastic and I think our baby had his best ever time at the buffet.
There wasn’t anything open in the middle of the day. The hotel is in quite an isolated area and then the pool, cafe, baths and games room were all shut between 11 and 3 so didn’t have anything to do.

部屋か水回り以外はキレイでご飯も美味しかった。

I really Liked the Hotel, the pool was great adn the room was really really good, on this regards i don`t have any complain , we were able to really rest on the room
The lack of english speakers in the Hotel, they present some rules at the start of the staying, but the same Japanese people didn`t respect those rules and then they begin to complain about the foreigners, the restaurants and cafe working hours if you`re going to attend turist you have to be available to said turist, the restaurant booking policies is something that was OK during the pandemic not in this actual time, right now it limits your customers and creates discomfort
