The location and easy access to everything.
The couch and chairs in the living room need to be updated and cleaned. We purchased and put sheets over them to hide the stains.

I loved how close it was to the beach!
That there was only 2 parking places and no where close for overnight parking.

The location was a plus and it was well stocked .
The adjoining family was too loud - they violated all noise ordinances well after midnight.
